Ashley Tisdale: Something Looks Different

Is it the blond hair? The sun-kissed cheeks? Oh, wait - it's that newish thing in the middle of her face. The Jersey-born "HSM" star premieres what looks like a second new snout.

The first new nose made its debut late last year after a much ballyhooed deviated septum needed fixing. Tisdale told People after that surgery, "I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health." In that case, Michael and LaToya Jackson might just live forever.

Update: Reps for Tisdale say she's had one procedure - for a deviated septum.

I like Ashley Tisdale....but i think her natural nose was the nicest on her. That third pic of her looks like Heidi from The Hills.

plastic surgery to your nose takes 6 months for the swelling to completely go away. Do some research next time you follow someone after having some work done.
