22. Ethan Embry played the guy that Reece W. outed in the bar while they were playing pool. He was also one of the stars of That Thing You Do. He played the band member with no name, who left to join the service. He also starred in a tv show on FOX in 2000 called Freakylinks, played a character named Derek Barnes. I liked it but it didn't last more than a few episodes. I think they even brought it back in 2001, but it didn't fly.

26. It's so wrong that people keep reaping the benefits from these ridiculous lawsuits because no one wants to risk going to court. Is this woman a minor and this ethan embry is her guardian or something? I'm confused as to how she was "made" to stay by the side of the road, and "forced" to have herself only treated in his bathtub. Can she not take her cellphone out of her bag and call 911 herself? Can she not call a cab and go to a hospital on her own? Although, she doesn't look like she needed a hospital at all. That scar looks just like the one I got falling off of my bike at age 8 - and I didn't have to go to the hospital. Her "scarring from shoulder to ankle" or whatever was clearly just scrapes - something that could easily be cleaned with alcohol, put some neo-sporin on it, and maybe a band-aid.

Actor Ethan Embry, who stars in the new film "Vacancy" is being sued in a Los Angeles Superior Court by a woman who was injured while traveling as a passenger on Embry's motorcycle. The lawsuit alleges that model Angelina Roudeva was riding on Embry's motorcycle when an accident left her unconscious. Embry, the lawsuit alleges, had been drinking and instead of sending the woman to a hospital, carried her to his bathtub and poured cold water and rubbing alcohol on her wounds. Embry reportedly only took the woman to a hospital for treatment after she screamed and pleaded with him after the pain of the rubbing alcohol woke her. Roudeva's attorney claims that the model has suffered severe and permanent injuries resulting from the accident.
