Ethan Embry to Marred Model -- Deal!

"Sweet Home Alabama" star Ethan Embry has settled a nearly year-long legal case with a "Deal or No Deal" model who had sued him for allegedly leaving her by the side of the road after a motorcycle accident -- and not calling 911 immediately.

TMZ has learned that Embry agreed today to a "six-figure" settlement with Angelina Roudeva, one of the leggy suitcase-handlers on "DoND," avoiding a trial that was to begin today. Roudeva had claimed in a 2007 lawsuit that she was scarred from shoulder to foot after being thrown from Embry's motorcycle after they rode it back from Club Nationale back in 2005. What's more, Roudeva claimed that rather than call 911, Embry left her by the bike, and tried to treat her in his bathtub with cold water and rubbing alcohol.

At the time of the lawsuit, the actor's lawyer had filed papers denying all charges. A message left with his agent today was not returned.

31. Wow. That's sad. I used to love Ethan Embry. He played Bobby Ray, the gay kid, in "Sweet Home Alabama".. I seriously LOVED him and look at his imdb page a lot to keep track of what is going on with him.

But now I think he's a total a-hole. Why not call 911? I am thinking maybe he was drunk... otherwise, why NOT call an ambulance?

Uhm, you do realize that more than one male was in "Sweet Home Alabama", right? Josh Lucas wasn't the only dude in that movie. Ethan played "Bobby Ray" in that movie.. he looks a lot like Brad Renfro, IMO.

Anyway, what Ethan did was disgusting but her leg doesn't look that bad.. 6 figures over a small scar? That "model" needs to get over herself. I am disgusted by Ethans actions - but from the pictures - her injuries don't look THAT bad...

they wouldn't offer to settle like that if there wasn't more to the story.
He obviously was drinking and she probably got more damaged than just the scars, they wouldn't offer that much to settle, these insurance companies are greedy bastards they know what they are doing.
They didn't want to go to court!!!
