Jake GyllenhaalHaving hurt his ankle playing basketball, Jake Gyllenhaal hobbled on crutches to an L.A. charity luncheon on Wednesday.

With Reese Witherspoon nowhere in sight, looks like Jakey could use the help of a fishin' buddy.

Im sorry but does the following make anyone else upset, I mean Jake's "fishing buddy" in real life just passed away?
"Jakey could use the help of a fishin' buddy." Maybe im too sensitive but it seems in bad taste.

Hey TMZ - Mean and Nasty is a good way to describe your comments. Why don't you even out your hatred and mention that even with crutches he went to the LA Conservation Corp luncheon to honor 2 kids that have over come daunting obstacles and made something out of their lives. Also how about letting people know about the organization http://www.lacorps.org - I won't be visiting your site until after Easter BOYCOTT
