Rick Salomon, Pam Anderson's soon-to-be ex, has filed legal papers saying he's down with the annulment.

Last month, Pam filed legal papers trying to annul her two-month marriage to Ricky-poo, on the grounds of fraud.

Today, Salomon responded with his own legal papers, saying he also wants the annulment on grounds of fraud. Neither Rick nor Pam was specific about the nature of the fraud.

Rick, who has substantially more moolah than Pam, is not asking for support.

In related news, Rick got a ticket last night, but not his ticket to freedom. He got slapped with a $65 ticket for illegally parking his Bentley. Trust us, he can afford the fine.

IT IS A WELL KNOWN FACT, SURPRISED TMZ DOES NOT KNOW THIS, THAT WHEN A MARRIAGE ENDS VERY EARLY,
YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PICK THE OPTION OF "FRAUD". IT IS A STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR ENDING A SHORT MARRIAGE.

RENEE ZELWEIGER AND KENNEY CHESNEY DID THE SAME.

IT IS NOT A WORD THE COUPLE UES, IT IS ON THE DIVORCE PAPERS AND HAS TO BE USED.

IT DOES NOT IMPLY THAT EITHER PERSON IS BEING ACCUSED OF FRAUD. JUST STADARD PROTOCOL OF WORDS ON THE PAPERS. THEY HAVE NO SAY AS TO IT BEING THERE, COURT USES IT AS STANDARD WORDING.

33. Okay if Pamela has openly admitted having Hepatitis C (supposedly Tommy gave it t her) than most of these diots that are sleeping with her have it too! So basically half of Hollywood has a nasty case of Hep C! So why the hell do guys still wana do her? Ick.

"fraud" as tmz has to know, since levin is a lwyer, is the catch all phrase used to get an annulment. it usually goes down along the lines of "he said he wanted children so i married him but now he said he lied so i was defrauded into marrying him. annulments cannot have property settlements. its just a ruse (a fraud? lol i'm so witty---not) to avoid a divorce. fraud is a far better alternative to the other causes for annulment: insanity (true in this instance but neither wants to admit it i guess) and the marriage was never consummated (now that claim would be fraudulent). but come on, levin, the people's court guy can't explain this?
