17. Ok, so they gave away large sums of money, that's terrific. What is bothering me about the whole Brad and Angelina thing is they feel the need to announce to the world just how special they are. I know many celebs , as well as other famous people, donate millions of dollars year after year but they do it quietly and with humility. Putting the donations in perspective, most money donated by other celebs is substantial as well.

22. I really try to like this couple but just can't. They give the family unit in America a bad name. She's a homewrecker and he's a follower. Not married but with how many kids? And is there any reason why they don't want any of their kids from America or born here?? If any one of us had the money they have, it would be really easy to travel and walk around preaching peace and reconstruction then write a hefty check. Ellen Degeneres and Jon Bon Jovi did more for Katrina victims yet Brad gets all the attention. His pretty face is just fake to me now.

23. I admire them a great deal. How many of you would give your money to help others. IF I HAD $$$$ I would try and help Mankind. I would start locally, Set up funds for Us Hard working, barely making it people. For help in getting tires for their cars, some furniture that actually match for their kids. Set up more Thrift Stores in needed areas. Places where people could come and earn some extra money while helping others, Like places that gather, pack and donate, items including phone cards for our Soldiers who are Fighting to help keep us FREE. My Favorite, help research clean water purification that can be sent FREE of charge to places and countries around the world that do not even have Clean Water. How Selfish we all are. My hats off to Angela and Brad and their beautiful Family, We should all take a lesson from them. Learn to Share whatever you have, Be Nice Share a Smile, a Joke, a meal, a hug, to someone. 26. Brad and Angelina didn't release their tax information and announce it to the world. Reporters and blogs decided this was newsworthy. I know people hate them but I don't understand how they can get blamed for this and call it a publicity stunt. Most celebrities donate and promote charities and do so very publicly. Brad and Angelina don't announce every single cause and donation but celebrity endorsements help donations to skyrocket. For little known social issues/programs, ect, a charity can gain a lot with celebrity endorsement becaue of the publicity.

29. Good for them for giving back.... so few people do, especially when their wealth becomes significant. I think they've also helped bring down some of the barriers regarding adoption. I just wish they would also consider adopted some of the kids in America who need homes too. I realize the legal system in the US re: adoptions makes that unlikely, though. It seems that they are united in their desire to help people, which should lead to a long union. For those who keep bringing up Jennifer Aniston, nobody knows what went on in Brad and Jennifer's marriage but them. It seems like Brad very much wanted to be a father, but she did not. If she was infertile, perhaps she was not open to adoption...where he seems to get that love, not biology, makes a parent.

30. It is amazing that two people who do so many good deeds are still disliked by their past. He left boring, but beautiful Jennifer and she well, who can forget Billy Bob. I love that they are doing so much good for so many. Yet, the press and public question their motives, I don't care what their motives the money is helping. Adopting homeless or orphaned, needy children from around the world good for them.
