Ryan Phillippe says that he never did it with Britney Spears last year – or any of a slew of starlets he was rumored to have hooked up with after his divorce from Reese Witherspoon.

Under stiff interrogation from Howard Stern on his radio show, Ryan denied having made out with the Britster, and also nixed any notion that he had hooked up with Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Love Hewitt, or Angelina Jolie. But he did admit that Lindsay Lohan "wanted" him.

Meanwhile, in the realm of real relationships, Ryan acknowledged that Reese's boy Jake is "a good dude" and says he wants his ex "to be happy, and it seems like she is."

While Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo heat it up – ok, at Six Flags, but it's somethin' – it looks like things could be a lot rockier for Jess' folks Joe and Tina.

The New York Post says the pair haven't been spotted together in months – TMZ just spotted him out solo, giving Tony the silent treatment – and just the other night, he was at a party in Austin, Tex. Without his wedding ring on and cruising the room, according to a spy. Sad thing is, Papa Joe got shut down: "He was flirting with one group of girls who either didn't know who he was or didn't care, and just grabbed their drinks, laughed and walked away."

His rep didn't return the Post's calls.

Heather Mills just won $50 mil from Paul McCartney – but she won't go away and shut the eff up. After the judge in her divorce case eviscerated her for basically lying about her finances, she just had to go on morning TV and issue another statement about that. We won't bore you with the annoying details. ... The Beatles are suing a Florida entertainment company for $15 million to prevent them from releasing bootlegs of what was apparently Ringo Starr's first gig with the band. The recording was made in Hamburg in 1962, and the suit alleges that the tape is of "poor quality" and will dilute the Beatles' "extraordinarily valuable image." Guess it really did suck. ... Is Al D'Amato headed to the TV bench? The Hollywood Reporter says the former Senator is in "early stage" discussions about bringing his raspy rants to TV.

18. Sounds to me like Heather got her a$$ kicked by her own leg!!! Don't be such a poor sport Heather not all of us "commoners" have someone to mop our floors... You would have probably gotton the full amount if you were able to wrap both legs around Paul, but then again the class you have shown is only half that...
Hopefully your daughter will take on the class of her daddy and not the trash like her mommy!

25. It doesn’t matter what Heather does now, all these statements and PR campaigns are just making her look even more despicable. She’s doing even more damage to herself. She's also probably mad that she didn’t get as much money as she wanted. I’m not saying that Sir Paul is a saint, but he knows how to handle himself in public better that she does. All that talking she did, and is still doing, it ruined her reputation. She should just take what she has, and disappear for a while if she really wants people to stop criticizing her.

Listen honey - you don't know ANYTHING about the people you are judging. Period. End of story. Of course Ryan was on Stern's show to promote his film (duh!) - and if you don't like Howard, don't listen (you're too cheap for Sirius anyway...). But when you say "everybody knows" as if it were fact - BABY, it's not! And even if it is true, you know NOTHING about the Witherspoon/Phillppe marriage. She might be a raving bitch to live with - and my point is you state rumor as fact, when, in fact, YOU KNOW NOTHING! Nada. Zip. Zilch. Period.

Now, that said - you are as entitled as me to your opinion - yes, honey, YOUR OPINION. I liked Ryan Phillipe on the Stern Show. He was a good interview. Seemed honest enough, but then again, I have no way of knowing. But usually these Amierca's sweethearts like Julia Roberts, Reese, Jenn Aniston, etc., are not what they pretend on screen to be.

You don't know Britney, Paris, Lindsay, etc. - but you sure do judge them! Which is your perogotive. But you KNOW NOTHING. So admit it.

Nick Lachey was lucky to get away from those people alive. Tho Ashlee seems to be the normal one in that family. Someone fill me in on Stedman and Lindsays mom please!!
