Wife-Beatin' Bishop to Preach on Easter

Georgia Bishop Thomas W. Weeks, who gave his televangelist wife Juanita Bynum an almighty beating in an Atlanta parking lot last August, will perform Easter Sunday services tomorrow. WWJ think?!

Since choking, pushing and kicking his soon-to-be ex, Weeks has apologized to Bynum and his congregation for his fist-filled rage. According the ajc.com, Weeks will be back at the pulpit preaching on Sunday.

Weeks was sentenced to three years probation, 200 hours of community service and anger management classes.

It's almost guaranteed no one will be caught talking during Weeks' Easter sermon.

33. Christian fanatics burned the Library of Alexandria, started the Crusades, the Inquisition, burned people at the stake, began many wars and killed in the name of God. Today's Christians are intolerant to any belief other than their own. Some are even so stupid as to think that they hold the promise of heaven in their hands just because they worship at a particular church. How deluded. To think that any creator would want us to kill and hate in his/her name. This is supposed to be a religion based on peace and to love one's neighbor, turn the other cheek and so on. So, enjoy Easter and don't forget the fact that Jesus died for your sins. Continue to hate your fellow man and feel good about it because your sins have been paid for. Beat your wife, children. Steal, cheat and lie. Wonderful reputation Christians have, don't you think?

41. Yeah Bianca! These hypocrites will continue to not only hate those of other religions, but also those who do not see perfectly eye to eye with their own views! I've seen plenty of religions who not only try to kill others, but also those within their own religion! If if do damage to someone, the only apology I owe is to that person and not some fantasy figure! Just like mass murderers who pray for forgiveness and expect that all is forgiven! Or priests who beat their wives and rape children under the safe guise and clock of the church! As far as I'm concerned, these people can pray for whatever they want as long as it is behind bars in prison! I always notice that the more religious a person is, the more they are fighting ( in an improper way) the nasty crap within themselves! Then they keep pulling the same crap, think they can pray it away, and then continue on with the damage they inflict! Damage, pray, repeat- damage, pray, repeat- endlessly!
