When celeb couples break up, there are usually two things that happen: a ton of money changes hands, and tattoos have to be covered up!

The former Mrs. Charlie Sheen (and her reality TV crew) made her way to Kat Von D's L.A. Ink tattoo parlor Friday. Sources tell us she covered up her "Charlie" ankle ink with a fairy.

Hey Denise- what took you so long? Charlie had your name removed a year ago.

31. Denise Richards is hooker that used to work for Heidi Fleiss, Charlie Sheen was a well known customer of Heidi Fleiss' and that's how he met Denise Richards. So, her tattoo should be of a street walker, not a fairy.

33. I heard they sent her to Dr. Tattoff first to get some of the tattoo removed with a laser before they did the cover up. That's supposed to make the cover up look better.
