Gossip & Rumors
What the Hell Are the Jacksons Doing Now?!

Who knew Motown would lead to skid row? Did you know that the majority of the Jackson family is broke and scrapping for cash -- doing odd jobs like stocking shelves at supermarkets and working on cars to make ends meet?

According to a crazazy report by the New York Post, most of the Jackson clan isn't fairing too well financially -- some of the Jackson boys are even still living at home! Check out a rundown of the current state of events.

Michael is on the verge of losing Neverland ranch as well as the family's Encino, Calif., home. He is currently hiding out in Las Vegas.

Marlon stocks shelves at a Vons supermarket in San Diego, and had to temporarily move into an extended-stay hotel with his wife.

Tito formed a band and plays at small gigs for $500 to $1,500.

Randy does odd jobs for income. He acted as Michael's business manager during the 2005 molestation trial, but ran into problems with friends after he persuaded three people to take out lines of credits against their homes to help Michael pay his attorney fees and Michael stiffed them!

Jackie had a failed Internet clothing business and tries to produce. He still lives at home with his parents.

Jermaine splits time between the parents home and his girlfriend's home. He has more than $5 million in federal, state and other liens against him and a 1995 bankruptcy filing. He does not work and is still involved in a messy, protracted divorce.

Janet is the current breadwinner of the family. She bought her mom a Vegas home in anticipation of losing the family's mansion to foreclosure.

La Toya is all but shunned from the family for declaring Michael guilty during the 1993 molestation case. She earns a living mostly in Europe judging beauty and singing contests. She lives with a wealthy boyfriend in Beverly Hills and has little contact with her siblings.

Rebbie married successful businessman Nathaniel Brown.

Daddy Joe still thinks the Jackson family can get it together, saying, "We can get back out there and set the world on fire. If the Rolling Stones can still rake in the money, so too can my boys." Riiiiight.

79. To those of you who take delight in other ppls troubles remember this is a gossip topic & I strongly doubt the truthfulness of such nonsense b/c the brothers can always make tons of $$$ if they want to do a world tour. The Jackson family is an American treasure b/c they are beloved worldwide & for those of you who doubt that your apparently to young to remember just how successful the brothers where & always will be. It sickens me to see ppl take joy in others troubles if indeed this gossip is even 10% true b/c it shows you are shallow! In case you don't know Micheal has helped millions of ppl through his charity work in fact President Reagan honored him in the rose garden at The White House for all he has accomplished! GBU Jacksons & may every day bring you happiness as you have given millions throughout the world. When & if they choose to do a tour it will sell out within 1 hour of being announced & you can be sure I know what I'm talking about. Long live the Jacksons...

80. It's funny that TMZ would post this subject because I was honestly just thinking about it a few days ago. Jermaine is definitely still performing but overseas. I have a friend, Crystal, who is the singer Shanice's mother, who went overseas with him to do some shows.

As for Marlon, I am glad he is being proactive and working. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a respectable job at Vons to make ends meet.

Yes they are all definitely older, and thus will have problems having "hits" today. Janet's album, Discipline, is already less than a month old, and there have already been 4 singles released from it. Her record co, Island Def Jam are having a hard time getting good radio play - but it's an awesome album. Definitely not as good as janet. , control, or rhythm nation, but still a lot better than a lot of the crap out there today - like jay z and solja boy.

81. There have been stories for years about Katherine (mom) spending time away from Joe (crazy daddy). It makes perfect sense that the only smart member of the family (Janet) would buy HER MOM (not "her parents") a new home in Vegas instead of getting involved in paying Michael's bills on the Encino house.

If Janet does anything else to bail out Michael and the rest, she should rightfully demand shares of Michael's portion of the Sony ATV music catalog in exchange for every check she writes. What did they ever do for her? Come on..the lady had to keep her marriage secret for 10 years because her family wouldn't have approved.

82. I was dealing with Jackson brothers who were broke 20 years ago. Back then Michael's accountant had to messenger over checks to keep us from having them arrested for running up bills they couldn't pay.

84. "PAPA JOE"must be SO proud of his offspring, and the job he did raising them. Clearly, he taught them the proper values and morals, seeing as they have all done SOO well.

86. With michael in hock up to his plastic ears, he has been living on other peoples money for quite awhile now. What residuals
do the rest of the family have coming in? The Jackson's money train derailed a long time ago. With the comment by papa
jackson that if the stones can still rake in the money so can his family? He is either comatose, or delusional. He would have
a better chance of making money with the lottery. So some family members had to take a 9-5 job to survive. At least the idiot
gene has not been passed to all members of the family.

87. Some of you folks on here are a bunch of stupid pin heads and for the daycare comment that was truly in bad taste because child abuse is nothing to laugh at, And TMZ you are the most stupid. see you guys are so weak you will believe anything these ass holes blog if Michael is so broke and about to lose his Neverland then why do he have it? and why did Sir Paul M. call MJ his employer and talked about writing MJ to get a raise in royalties for the songs in the Sony ATV cat, and if he is so broke then how come every time you read a report about SONY ATV making a merger or a purchase of another Co (Famous Music).it always says: Quote" Sony/ATV, a JOINT VENTURE between Sony and the singer "Michael Jackson". end of quote? Now if any of you know how to comprehend what JOINT VENTURE means then Michael is far from broke. do your research and THINK FOR YOUR SELFS.

88. It is not Michaels fault that the rest of them became losers. They spent thier money poorly as well to end up the way they have. As for Michael, if he would just quit acting so friggen WEIRD, maybe he'd have a shoot at more stardom. Living like a hermit hurts his image as far as I am concerned. If he just started acting NORMAL, maybe people would give him a chance. He absolutely needs a new manager to revive his career, otherwise he is just FINISHED.

89. I have to say, other than Jermaine and partially Randy, at least the kids are working and making their own money. You can laugh at "how the mighty have fallen" but at least they are not on the public bankroll (yet). Michael still has money somewhere (even if from the Sultan or whoever bailed him out after the trial--otherwise he wouldn't have been able to stop the foreclosure on Neverland recently). I don't necessarily feel sorry for them because they should have taken better care of their money but at least you don't see them all out selling tell-alls or doped up all the time.

And when you think about it the other Jackson boys really haven't had the oodles of money Michael and Janet have had. Their "heyday" was over 30 years ago for crying out loud. The money is only going to last so long (especially with that father of theirs as the manager when they were younger).

90. There is not one promoter worth his/her wieght, who would put the money forward to have the Jackson's tour again...!! Some might remember that their last tour in the 80's lost money ! Anything in their adult life, they seem to put their hand on, simply turns into nothing but trouble....

Wait...I need to run...I am shopping in Vons in San Diego and Marlon is cleaning up in isle #4................
