Celebrity Justice
Court to Brit Wannabe: Your Claim's Bogus!

TMZ has obtained paperwork from the California Court of Appeals throwing out a claim challenging Britney's conservatorship.

Attorney Jon Eardley filed the challenge last month claiming the conservatorship violated Britney's rights. That claim was rejected. Today the Court of Appeal ruled the whole thing was bogus, not even waiting for the conservators to file a response.

31. Is there any chance of a reconciliation between Britney and her ex-husband?

32. My point was that Britney did have have to be "bi-polor" for her father to obtain conservatorship.

They might have proved she was "brain-washed" in which case Lutfi will still be getting his.

33. I am glad Alli is no where to be seen. Was she in on the "creative intervention" with Sam?

It's hard to believe Britney was having lunch with her boyfriend earlier in the day -- and that her boyfriend was letting her know she needed to get out from under control of Sam.

Was it the 31st of January that Sam referred to in an Us Mag issue recently, that he gave Britney a handful of pills before her parents came over?

I still can't believe the likes of Lufti and some psychiatrist were able to have Brit, not just committed but escorted by the police ....against her family's wishes.

34. How much power did Sam have by then? Does he or doesn't he, or did he have a durable power of attorney over Brit?

35. Too bad.
We wanted to see the crazy melt down again.
Oh well, all in good time.

36. Being mentally ill doesn't mean you can abuse your kids or steal or hit and run.
She should be in jail or the nut house.

37. Karma, you were never young.

As for abuse, still no proof she abused her kids. The incident with the younger child happened while Brit and K-Fed were in Texas and the child was in the care of a Nanny back in CA.

38. Re 37:

You know far too much about this for a normal person. Bi-polar too?

39. She stole a lighter, big deal. The owner was not upset. If you watch the clip, Britney is not "bragging" that she stole the lighter, she's being a kid. eewww, shock value, I stole a lighter.

Paps loved it.

The hit and run was teensy. She did stop to look and see what damage she might have done -- a scratch?

She doesn't deserve the bin of hit and run -- the one that hit my sister, came back viewed the "body" and her bicycle and left the scene again.

And Brit did have a driver's license - it was just out of state. I still think Brit was unfairly cited on that one.

40. Re Karma
I agree. She was caught on film stealing and hit and run.
If she had unsupervised visits with her kids she would harm them.

41. Big deal?

Yeah, it's against the law.

"teensy"?

"Big deal"?

Are you nuts?

Your sister shouldn't have been riding a bike in traffic.

44. Yes, big deal. Who cares. The owner doesn't and he was paid anyhow. Remember? It's just a silly lighter, probably one of those free ones you get when buying a carton of cigarettes. Who cares. bfd

You never stole anything in your life? Cable maybe? Someone else's gum? A freebie at the store? A breath of someone else's air? You shorted the alms box at church?

45. Nope. I didn't. But evidently you did.
