48. btb, Britney is a playful intelligent person. No doubt she knew one of the paps would pay for the lighter (which they did) which probably also delayed them in the chase.

Paps adore Britney. They really like her. Love her even. She has spunk.

Alli has none. Never looks at anything with full intense concentration. Never looks anyone in the eye, recorded anyway.
