Crash Victim to Hogans: You're Responsible

The family of John Graziano, the man injured in Nick Hogan's August 2007 street racing crash, has filed suit against Hulk, Linda and Nick Hogan alleging they were negligent and are directly liable for the wreck that seriously injured the former Marine.

According to court papers filed today in Pinellas County, Fla. Circuit Court by Graziano's court-appointed guardian Peter Musante, Hulk and Linda (whose real names are Terry and Linda Bollea) should be held legally responsible for their son's accident.

In the suit, Musante alleges that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing another man in a Dodge Viper, a car also owned by Hulk. The suit claims the Bolleas were aware of Nick's need for speed and knew that he had souped-up his vehicle for the purpose of racing.

The lawsuit also names Daniel Jacobs, who was driving the Viper that night, as a co-defendant. He pleaded no contest to reckless driving last month.

16. Do the rest of you bloggers think this will scare the Hollywood Kids who are always high and drunk into being good, sober citizens ? Yeah, I did not thinlk so !

17. Wow. I had no idea that the Hulk was in the car when Nick was pulled over doing 100+ TWICE only a few minutes apart. Also didn't know that the Hulk owned the Viper that Nick was racing or that he bought Nick and the kid driving the Viper booze the day of the accident. Pathetic. Whatever happened to parental responsibility?

19. How about the responsibility of the Hogans and little Nicky? They destroyed this man's life. He had no espectation that he would have his brains smashed in when he got in little Nicky's car. Little Nicky had been driving like an idiot all over the streets of Pinellas county since he was 13 years old.

20. While they are at it, I think they should sue local law enforcement for failing to revoke Nick's license after MULTIPLE street racing incidents! Hell yes, the parents should be sued for encouraging Nick's bad behaviors but the fact that he was given permission to continue driving the streets by law should be questioned. Until our laws get tougher on these idiots, the more innocent people will be subjected to their terrorism behind the wheel.

21. THE TRUTH IS NO ONE LEARNS ANY LESSONS IN HOLLYWEIRD EVERYONE THINKS THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW....THE HOGANS ARE FALLING APART...DIVORCE BETRAYAL, ADULTERY ACCIDENTS....WHAT A STORY. YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP.

22. Finally! These parents should be left in bankruptcy for being so irresponsable. If Hulk focused on trying to be a good parent instead of a friend to Nick maybe he wouldn't be so immature. You could see from that dumb reality show that this kid had a lot of growing up to do and since his parents saw fit to let him drive this car even after all his citations then let them pay. It doesn't matter if the victim knew what was going down or what. When you have a passenger in your car it is your responsability to act like an adult and follow the rules of the road. I thought Paris,Kardashian and the Davis brother were the most pathetic kids in Hollywood but Nick takes the cake on this one.

25. It's about time.

I hope Nick goes up before a judge that will use him as a precedent and send him for some serious jail time.

The message has to go out and be understood by these little air-head celebrity kids who have never known or shown any concern or respect for anything that they are directly responsible for.

They just don't care. They have this attitude - "oh, my parents'll take care of it" and off they go. They even laugfh everything off.

I hope the Graziano's get them for a whole lot of money.

It would wipe that smirk, all the Hogans have, right off their faces.

26. It's about time, they should have taken the car away from the kid the first time he got a speeding ticket. Then none of this would have happened,

28. PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY!!! im pretty sure Nick didnt make John get in the car!! he got caught up in the whole male testosterone thing and willingly got into that vehicle! boys were being boys and accidents happen, but dont blame other people for your own ignorance and bad judgement!!

29. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT IF IT WAS ONE OF MY CHILDREN I WOULD HAVE SUED FROM DAY 1.
MONEY WILL NOT BRING MY CHILD BACK HOWEVER, NICK NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS AND HIS BRAIN DEAD PARENTS NEED TO PAY THE PRICE, FUNNY: EVERY TIME YOU SEE NICK ON TV HE LOOKS LIKE HE DOESN'T HAVE A CARE IN THE WORLD AND HIS FRIEND IS A VEGTABLE BECAUSE OF HIM JUSTICE PLEASE BE SERVED.

30. Hulk Hogan bought his stupid, immature kid a "souped up" race car for the street. He also bought the alcohol that these underage kids were consuming in his home. He is clearly negligent, not to mention stupid, and absolutely liable for his son's actions.
