Pam and Rick Are Officially History

Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon are officially kaput.

TMZ obtained legal papers filed a few minutes ago in L.A. County Superior Court, annulling the marriage that was shorter than Pam's skirts.

The marriage was annulled on grounds of fraud. Initially, when Pam filed legal papers back in December, she was asking for a straight divorce. But on February 22, documents were filed asking for an annulment, citing fraud.

Sources tell TMZ both Rick and Pam privately stipulated to fraud -- that Pam promised Rick they would have children together. As we reported, Pam was pregnant at the time the couple separated. Shortly after the separation, we learned Pam was no longer pregnant. Subsequently both Rick and Pam filed annulment papers.

16. Why would he want to have kids with her and then so quickly walk away? Kids are not a disposable commodity done for the heck of it!

18. Agreed, twits like her make all women look bad. Her "I'm pregnant, now I'm not" story is so old....I would have to say it is a great thing that she have no more kids. She is too busy whoring around, or looking for her next husband to pay any attention to the ones she has. She is setting a wonderful example for them as to what a relationship is really about. Look in the future for these 2 boys to be in trouble with the law. I find her revolting. Get some mental help, you skanky mud sucker.

21. NO that hepatitis C was contracted from Tommy Lee. When you look at pictures of him you can tell he has it. Just look at his tounge. it's all black & rotted looking.

25. She has a history of miscarriages, even when she was younger she had several. BTW I wouldn't touch Rick Soloman with a 10 foot pole now. Been with Pamela AND Paris Hilton? ..nice combo of Hep and Herpes waiting for the next woman he beds...

26. ive seen her on so many talk shows,radio shows(stern) , "home videos" , and she seems like the coolest, most real person in hollywood. i love her just for that.

27. If Pam has Hepatitis C ..................... she shouldn't be actively trying to get pregnant, so this whole story just doesn't ring true.

1. If she promised to get pregnant ........ knowing she has Hep C ~ doesn't sound smart.

2. If she got pregnant and miscarried ........ that's not fraud.

3. If she got pregnant and had an abortion - that would be fraud in MORE than one way. WHY would a court reward killing an innocent child on purpose (doesn't she know about birth control????). They should have been granted a DIVORCE like the rest of the world.

I would rather be poor and have integrity & morals.
