We caught Jessica Simpson coming out of a Chili's in Encino this afternoon and asked her a ton of questions -- about Tony, Ashlee and Lane Garrison.


But our guy missed the best question of all -- why is Jessica Simpson eating at a Chili's?

91. What the hell is wrong with the girl eatting at Chili's? It proves she might be normal!

She did a few shows at a club I used to work at in Buckhead, she was actually a nice level headed girl (The dumb Blonde act is a major put on)

The T-shirt by the way is of "The Police".

She likes Sting and eats at Chili's! She must be stopped LOL!

92. Why is Jessica eating at Chili's? The same reason the rest of us do. The food is good. Of course, they were probably hoping that no PAPPARAZZI were there to bother them!

96. When I am in Dallas I eat at El Fenix (Northwest HWY by Northpark) and Campisi's..I stay faaar away from Grapevine and the Gaylord Complex where Jessica and Romo hang out at...

Just saw this particular segment on TMZ the television show...Mother Simpson is a catty wench.
