Nate Dogg Pleads Guilty To Trespass and Battery

Nate DoggFormer Death Row recording artist Nate Dogg won't be packing heat for the next ten years!

TMZ has learned Nate, who is Snoop Dogg's cousin, pleaded guilty in Orange County, Calif. court on March 20 to aggravated trespassing and battery stemming from a domestic violence complaint back in 2006. Dogg was sentenced to three years informal probation, must complete a domestic violence/batterers treatment program and can not own a weapon for 10 years. What's a guy to do without his piece?!

In 2006, Nate was charged with five misdemeanors -- aggravated trespass of a dwelling, battery, annoying telephone calls, dissuading a witness from reporting a crime and violating a protective order from a previous domestic violence incident -- after breaking into a Huntington Beach home where his ex-girlfriend, Jane Doe, her new boyfriend and her mother resided. Nate then punched the boyfriend in the face and left.
While three of the five charges were dropped, Nate's ex and her bf both filed restraining orders against the hip hop artist.

It hasn't been an easy couple of years for the 38-year-old: In December 2007, he suffered a stroke and spent time recovering in a medical rehabilitation facility.

32. Once again the ignorance of people and their lack of maturity has taken the focus away of what this really is about..Instead of looking at it for what it is...(Stalking, Harrassment, Domestic Violence) They went right into his race and his celebrity stautus ..Grow - Up .. cause we all know Domestic Violence comes in ALL sizes, shapes and colors.. Look at this for what is ... Some of the comments on here show the ignorance of our society...If we don't respond to the fools that get a rush off of commenting about his race, music ,and him carrying a gun ..etc.. The rap game must not be too bad because I can name of few of the rappers that are doing well for themselves. ( cause People are buying the Music ).. Anyway, For those who have experienced this stupid crap..Men and Women... Keep Your Head Up and Keep Speaking Up...

33. He's CERTAINLY not the first celebrity, music artist, athlete, or whatever who screwed up, made mistakes. But I am a fan because I like his work... his personal life mistakes don't change the fact that he is a good singer. Your hating is a complete waste of time
