The 78-year-old beauty resurfaced at an L.A. event on Monday, looking chirpy.
Tippi runs the wild animal Shambala Preserve in California, where a caretaker was mauled by a tiger in 2007.
Hedren has been married four times.

It's too bad her daughter, Melanie Griifin, didn't choose to age gracefully. She barely 40 when she started the surgery game and she looks really bad. I'm sure Tippi has had some work, but minimal and well done. Way to go.

22. I always admired Tippi Hedron. She's always been so beautiful. My favorite line from her was in "The Birds" when the gentleman asked: "You don't like me much, do you?" and she answered with "I Loathe you!" Just the way she said it was so cute! Keep it up Tippi, you're gorgeous!

You know I was thinking that a lot of these people look very good after cosmetic surgery and that's fine, however, they all try to act as if they look nice because it's genetic or something or the way they took care of themselve. Almost implying that the rest of us are doing something wrong because we age naturally...and don't have $20,000 plus to spend on surgery. I resent that. They get to look a certain way because they have money, the rest of us are not as valuable because we don't look so "hot".

30. I've met Tippi, and she is one of the nicest, most gracious and classy individuals you could ever hope for. And she has devoted her life and her money to those animals. She is an amazing woman (and is stunning even in person).
