"American Idol" is being infiltrated tonight by "Project Runway" -- in the form of fierce Season 4 winner Christian Siriano. Feroc!
TMZ sources tell us that Siriano designed Season 2 "Idol" wannabeen Kimberley Locke's dress for her performance on the show tonight. Eat your emaciated heart out Posh!
Now if only Christian could make something for Paula -- and stop her from looking like a hot tranny mess!

Wearing a Christian Siriano designed couture dress, Kimberley Locke will perform her new hit single âFallâ live on AMERICAN IDOL Wednesday, March 26 (9:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. The one-of-a-kind Siriano creation will be available for auction with bidding beginning Wednesday evening exclusively at www.clothesoffourback.org. Funds raised through the Kimberley Locke/Christian Siriano dress auction will support Camp Heartland, a national camping and care program for children impacted by HIV/AIDS.
"It's wonderful making a gown for a real woman who's comfortable and confident on stage as well as in what she wears. I wanted to accentuate the goddess in Kimberley,â said Siriano. Lockeâs Siriano-designed dress was inspired by romantic and ethereal goddess couture and was made from silk crepe satin and iridescent silk chiffon.
Kimberley Locke has been a Celebrity Ambassador for Camp Heartland for more than two years and has supported the organization through a number of appearances, speeches and events. Camp Heartland is operated by One Heartland, a non-profit organization dedicated to greatly improving the lives of children, youth and their families facing HIV/AIDS, poverty, grief and other significant life challenges worldwide.

I don't watch Project Runway or whatever show that chik...I mean dude won, but I think they made the wrong choice!! The dress looked AWFUL!!!! It was too tight, made her look bigger than she is and made her look like her boobs were squished down to her bellybutton. She did an okay job singing but that dress was so distracting (in a very BAD way) that all we could think was that she should not be singing someone else's song looking that bad!!

In response to comment #10, I must ask why it was so important to the author to point out an editing error on the TMZ website, when that same author should edit his or her own grammar, and notice that the adverb "quickly" should have been used to make her own comment grammatically correct. Also, why make a comment about TMZ placing "unimportant crap" on the internet, when that same author is on the TMZ site, reading said "unimportant crap"?

Christian is really talented, but most of his designs belong on tooth picks. It was nice to see one of his designs that a real woman can wear.

I went to the auction site for the dress, and it says it's a size six. I just don't think Kimberly Locke is a size six, from what I see, but I could be wrong. She looks like a12-14-16, in that range.
I didn't think the dress was flattering to a larger woman. It made her rear look very large when they showed a side and back shot. I think a big designer would be able to make a dress to flatter a woman's figure. It is possible.
Also, the dress looked gold to me on tv, but the auction site says it is lavender. Did it look lavender on your tv?
Oh, yes, I didn't care for her song, either.

I commented before I knew who designed this dress that it was a horrible fit.
It looked like a BAD prom dress.
She was squished all over the place and other parts of the dress looked like they were hanging too loose on her.
I was thinking it must be a friend who made it, it looked sooo unprofessional.
Come to find out that it was an unpolished designer was NOT suprising at all.
Such a shame, I thought it put pounds on her and was frumpy.
I know where her 40 pounds went, they went in the fabric of that dress!!
She probably commited before she relised how it looked.
I atleast hope that she has taste to know it was HORRIBLE!

Christian has always been my favorite and Kimberly too, but the dress just didn't seem to fit her right! I think she was way too "top heavy" for that particular style!

I didn't know who designed Kimberley's dress when I watched Idol last night, but I remember thinking it looked awful. I was wondering why Kimberley didn't wear something more flattering to her figure. Now I know why. I guess this "designer" is suppose to be the latest trend. But it didn't look good, and isn't fashion suppose to look good on the person?
