36. This just totally disgusting. It literally makes me sick that some jerk-off drove drunk with his child in the car. Who gives a rip what personal problems he is going thru. HE COULD HAVE KILLED HIS OWN DAUGHTER!! Not to mention the people on the road he put in danger too. I have ZERO sympathy for this little punk! I hope they take his daughter away from him. He doesn't deserve to be a father if he is going to INTENTIONALLY put his child's life in jeopardy. Rediculous. Just utterly rediculous.

I don''t know anyone who hasn't got a DWI arrest, with the BAC being .08 all you have to have is a few beers or 3 mixed drinks to get there so it does not surprise me at all, the laws are really horrendous now, MADD is trying for another prohibition so watch out and don't bother having even 1 drink and driving, you will pay a very high price these days! Go to R.I.D.L to read some horror stories of what a DWI can do to your life?? To the perosn who wrote anyone who gets a DUI should die, U R a completer idiot, it si soooo easy to get one today so stop talking stupid U moron!!

41. I feel badly for him. He obviously realizes he has a problem and is trying to get sober. Not sure why he was out after he'd been drinking. I know he wasn't trying to endanger his own daughter and friend. I hope he gets the help he needs. Personally I think Heather Locklear is a fool to have divorced him but I've never liked her regardless. I know she also is known to be quite the drinker. Good luck to Richie!

45. When they go to court....the JUDGE BETTER BE INTELLECT! And perhaps, a Judge who's professionalism masters in Child Care & Child's Welfare.. Because if one knows better in common law....both are accountable for child endangerment. Period! Then again....we all know how our JUSTICE SYSTEM has become mighty deaf; blind; and definitely careless.
