Yesterday TMZ asked Jessica Alba if she only smiles when she has a movie to promote.
She didn't answer ... and definitely helped prove the photog's point.

I just love how you complain about them and yet you're on the site looking at pics THEY took.. if she just once flashed even a fake smile people would leave her alone.. she's pregnant she should be happy.. I'm pregnant and I always have a smile on my face.. It's a special time she shouldn't be so bitter...

Im looking at the site and the commentary, not the pictures. The pictures are everywhere and I would say many are taken by legitimate photographers and not the paps who stalk stars. Get a grip on reality.

Can you imagine if someone followed you everywhere and then you looked online and the pictures they took of your beautiful pregnant body was being analyzed by some TMZ jackass? I suppose you are one of those people who like to yammer about how it's you and the paps who make these people stars, so bad behavior on the Pap's part is A-okay. Do you really think all the negative stuff TMZ and other rags print about these people helps their careers? Good God, use your brain. 28. Actually no I don't think it was me or paps who made her a star.. I personally think she is a great actress in what I have seen her in.. JUST STATING AN OPINION THAT I THINK IT'S SAD THAT SHE SEEMS SO MISERABLE ALL THE TIME.. My pregnancy has been a wonderful experience thus far.. just heartbreaking to see someone pregnant look so sad all the time when she has so much going for her.. Just feel bad for her that she doesn't seem to realize it... I hope you can spare me the lectures though...
