19. This is why this girl should be arrested. Problem with young girls. Society has made teh rules FOR THEM. It should not be anyone's responsibility to "verify" if her ID was real. If the ID says 18 then it's 18. And if it's not, the WOMEN should get charged with the crime. Not the person who's accepting the ID.

Tha'ts like saying, lets arrest the drug buyers (id takers) and not the drug dealers (id owners). That is utterly stupid.

25. I am from NJ and that looks exactly like our IDs. Its near impossible to make a fake NJ ID. In almost all cases people will do an ID from an outside state like Delaware.

I am saying that everyone should be busted for this. For an example, If you get caught for underage drinking not only do you get busted but so does the place or person get busted for providing it to you. Fake ID or not. The law is the law. And as for saying "It should not be anyone's responsibility to "verify" if her ID was real" is so stupid. If you did not have these people it would happen a helluva lot more than it already does.

Half the places in Hollywood should be shut down for this very reason. But we are not talking about underage drinking but it is the same thing. Another example. If you have sex with a 15 year old but she says " I am 18" but later the truth comes out what then? Should the law say oh she had a fake ID it's ok?
