16. Does not matter if it was FAKE. If a person gets in a bar with a fake ID the bar is still responsible if the place gets busted or if the person gets busted. They should have trained people on how to spot a fake ID. It's that simple.

She might not be the classiest girl but at 17 you can really be taken advantage of. The girl was messed up then.

Joe Francis does not care about these girls. He just exploits them and makes money off them. Then buys a bus ticket for them back home.

I hope they bust him for this and the tax evasion charges. Go away Joe! Just go away!

By the by, it's the establishment's job to make sure the ID people give is not fake--it's not the underager's job. That's why they are protected as underagers--they aren't mentally mature enough and need protection from themselves so wolves like Francis don't booze them up and take away their virginity or post nude footage of them on the web for profit.

22. This is why this girl should be arrested. Problem with young girls. Society has made teh rules FOR THEM. It should not be anyone's responsibility to "verify" if her ID was real. If the ID says 18 then it's 18. And if it's not, the WOMEN should get charged with the crime. Not the person who's accepting the ID.

Tha'ts like saying, lets arrest the drug buyers (id takers) and not the drug dealers (id owners). That is utterly stupid.
You stop this BS, by arresting the girl. Then all girls will get the message and stop lying and handing out fake ID.

28. I am from NJ and that looks exactly like our IDs. Its near impossible to make a fake NJ ID. In almost all cases people will do an ID from an outside state like Delaware.
