I am saying that everyone should be busted for this. For an example, If you get caught for underage drinking not only do you get busted but so does the place or person get busted for providing it to you. Fake ID or not. The law is the law. And as for saying "It should not be anyone's responsibility to "verify" if her ID was real" is so stupid. If you did not have these people it would happen a helluva lot more than it already does.

Half the places in Hollywood should be shut down for this very reason. But we are not talking about underage drinking but it is the same thing. Another example. If you have sex with a 15 year old but she says " I am 18" but later the truth comes out what then? Should the law say oh she had a fake ID it's ok?

Just sayin......And when their wives get it, you could get worse. Some of these broads go nuts. One Mayor's wife around here started hitting a girl with "a wooden object". The girl was found dead by a gunshot wound a few days later. Can't Dupre just do something else ? Well, now she can write a book. (if she knows how to write. ) Her poor parents.

35. Mike B, you're the idiot. The number one problem in this country, and the world, is lack of personal responsibility. I was a bartender in two states, and was trained to spot fake I.D.'s. Even with the training, there are I.D.'s out there that are impossible to detect. Oh, sure, if you want to take the i.d. to a back room, get some more people involved, get some ultra violet lights etc etc for each customer that comes in. All you can do in a business, that is busy, is look at it qucikly and make a judgement. Oh, maybe we ask people to bring in their birth certificate, and provide a phone number to a judge to get a sworn affadavit. I'm not talking about Hollywood and those bars, or nusiance bars anywhere else in the country, if it is their practice to let anyone in, then shut em down, I'm all for that. No one wants to take responsibility for their own actions anymore. "Let's sue, it's their fault, it was my childhood, it was my parents fault" blah blah blah. I have compassion for people that have bad things happen to them, but a lot of people make their own problems and blame others, F' em!!

37. Ok, I am truly convinced now that TMZ'S writers are just a bunch of snotty nosed little boy's who thrive on the skanks of this world! When you report on someone of stature ie... 44. Until we start arresting and punishing kids for having fake ID this will continue to be a real problem. Possession of fake ID should carry the same punishment as DUI: suspend the driver's license and issue a fine with 1 year probation. Second offense: 3 year license suspention and community service work, third offense license revoked and weekends in jail. Manufacturing or selling fake ID should be a felony in every state.
