59. For all you dorks yelling "do squats!" look at her elbows. Should she do squats for that, too? Skin sagging has a lot to do with your genetics, sun exposure, antioxidants in your diet over decades, and pure, simple age. It will happen to you, too. And you can do squats until your ass explodes and it won't change the texture of your skin, just the muscle under it.
