Obama -- Brad's the Hot One in the Family

The yentas of "The View" went all googly-eyed for Barack Obama on today's show, but it was Barbara Walters who really went there with Barack.

When asked about being Brad Pitt's ninth cousin, Obama said that Brad was the one who got the looks in the family -- Babwa disagreed, strongly. And then they had to go and talk about stuff like foreign policy and race relations and O-blah-blah-blah-ma ...

16. I personally dont think Obama is racist, if I did... it would not be based on what his pastor or what he said about his grandma's typical comments towards blacks which I admit had to have troubled him.
If that's what people are basing the accusation of HIM being racist on ... you're wrong. YOU may want to search YOUR own heart and what YOU think and feel about HIS RACE and ask for divine wisdom & understanding of YOUR OWN issues with RACE and/or RELIGION and stop trying to have Obama carry it for YOU. Are we using the pastor & granny as smoke screens to express our own illness?????????

I read more IGNORANT, HATEFUL & RACIST comments than the pastor & granny put together... sounds a little punkish to me.

17. Obama is racist, you idiotic fools. He sat in a church for 20 years and listened to hate speech. I am stunned he is still around. Shows there are way too many incredibly ignorant people in the country. If him or lying Hillary are elected, we are in big trouble. For people to just let what he did slide, blows me away.

18. LOL... he was raised around his granny all his life... listening to HATE COMMENTS too... did he deny her??? Nope! I'm sure he's not going to stop worshipping GOD, (not the pastor) because of his comments. He can take his family anywhere he wants to worship... AGAIN... GOD What did he do??? What God told him- NOT TO FORSAKE OR ABANDON THE ASSEMBLY OF FELLOWSHIP... Whatever it is.... it's yesterday's, (last weeks news) back to the REAL ISSUES...

20. I am glad I did not see the program today after the way the women were acting last week showing that they are for Obama getting the Democratic nod. It was all in their actions and the way they were swooning over him and then Barbara made the off the cuff remark that they like Hillary too. Too obvious too late Babs!!!! You had best give Hillary equal time now that you have had him on the show. I am no way racist but I can see a can artist working his way into the White House.

21. This clown, B. Hussein Obama, is such a con man and a carnival barker. He is an empty suit and his messianic dribble is totally nauseating. He calls himself a uniter?? He is the MOST liberal of all the Senators and has NEVER acted in a bipartisan manner. He is a very subtle and cagey racist. He supported this racist minister for 20 YEARS!!!!!! He acts like the "Candy Man" with his billions of dollars that he wants to spend if, GOD FORBID, he becomes President. Like every LIBERAL windbag he wants to create victims out of his air head followers and have the government solve everyone's problems. "Lollipops, puppy dogs and rainbows all wrapped up in a socialist utopia...brought to you by B Hussein Obama".

22. Why isn't this guy giving interviews with real news people? He goes on to all these talk shows where they ask stupid questions. One has to wonder why he won't answer the tough questions from people who are professionals, can't he take the heat? He is campanging to be our next president.

23. for everyone who thinks Obama is a racist let me say this. While we like to forget about it here in America, for 250 years or so black people were enslaved. The country was built on their backs and for that they received 100 or so years of discrimination lynchings and lack of civil rights. This Wright guy grew up at a time where black people were lynched and discriminated against. While thats not the case arguable today black people are not discriminated against, there are still those who remember it. For get reparations, America refuse to give these people an apology. The Japanese got an apology, the Jewish people but for some reason we believe Black people don't deserve one. As a result, there are these people like reverend Wright spewing hate speech directed at those who he remembers oppressing him and refuse to even apologize. There are also people like Obama who are in some way connected to these people whether its their pastor or parent or grand parent or whatever. Fortunately generation Y of black people have begun to move on but I think if we really look at black culture in America instead of running away and saying thats them, we would see a lot more of that exists and its good to have someone like an Obama to help our country black and white move on. Older angry black people can see their people have over come and white people can see that not every black man is going to rob you or sell you drugs. Internationally it will show we are a diverse country not just one of old white men and women. Thats jut my 2 cents. and for the recorded I am a registered republican have been my whole life

24. He is al fluff. Elizabeth is the only one who asked an important question. The others just let him drone on and on and on about nothing important. As usual.

25. Well if a War-Monger/con man/ FRIENEMY can be APPOINTED.... OBAMA can be NOMINATED & ELECTED....
Look at the world and where we are and listen to the words that come out of the mouths... from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks... hill lies... and lame says SO WHAT...

Let me quit... we're all entitled to our opinions... and if a bunch of women swoon and want Obama... they are entitled...
As Americans... we all have something in common, let's just hope for Obama... oops... I mean CHANGE

26. APPLAUSE FOR YOU... #24- JASE... I totally agree... Brushing slavery under the rug is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN... and there are a lot of people (elders) who have the same views as Wright... and those like Obama who can certainly UNDERSTAND yet not condone his legitimate views...
LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT TODAY'S ISSUES GOING ON AGAINST BLACKS IN SOUTHERN STATES... it's a trip and so are these OBAMA HATERS...

28. Jesus Kids, wasn't affirmative action an attempt at an apology? I'm still waiting for Jesse Jackson to explain what he meant when he called New York "HYMIE TOWN". Anyone?

30. This guy is a con artist pure and simple. He is pulling the wool over Black eyes the same as white eyes. This Rev Wright's rants and hate sermons are nothing new at all. There are millions of guys like Rev Wright that have stood up and worked a crowd with "Blazing speech" about the "evils" of the "white man" or "The Man" or "The Gov" or "The System". The words get heated, the crowd gets worked up, people are jumping up and shouting, and everybody is pissed in rhythm...and harmony. This is nothing new and has been going on since day one.
What is important to know is that Barry Obama needed to fit in with a political savvy and powerful support group. That Church in Chicago gave him just that. That Church is a Mecca for powerful people and CONNECTED people. Obama is a political creature and he correctly sensed this was the place for him. And it did one more thing for him. It allowed him to connect with Black people in a way that had up until then eluded him. Barry came from a white life and an educated world and he had gaps to fill. In my opinion he used them. The same way he used his white grandmother when it worked to suit his needs. He is a user and he'll use us/america to put him where ever it is he wants to be. And that's why I don't like him and won't vote for him.
