5. A whole 1 minute and 2 seconds of him saying he won't talk about it. Ok. The Head and Shoulders ad was better than that.

6. Just curious..........how in hell do you equate your headline with what he actually said?

7. Your tag line has nothing to do with anything he said!

The first suit I filed would have been against Cedars. What is he waiting for?

8. I don't understand why he wouldn't sue...even if it's just to ensure this won't happen again in the future to someone else.

9. I love how people can artificially inseminate a surrogate, selectively reduce the litter down to 2, deliberately create a situation where they will be born sick and premature, then get mad at the hospital for a mistake in their treatment.

12. He should sue them; they admitted fault already; yes, the medicines look similar, so similar that the makers of the drug issued a warning months in advance: 'THESE DRUGS LOOK SIMILAR ON THE OUTSIDE, DOUBLE CHECK PRIOR TO ADMINISTERING TO ANY PATIENT'; did Cedars double check? Obviously not; sue 'em; they need to be taught a lesson and financially is the only way for the hospital to install new safety protocol to ensure that the general public is safe from further mistakes of this nature. Thank you. J. Cochrane

13. something IS weird about quaid not suing the hospital

don't confuse a hospital where many celebrities go with being an excellent hospital - it just happens to be located where many celebrities live, but has many bad doctors

this hospital totally overbills, violates HIPAA, etc.

Posted at 12:47PM on Mar 28th 2008 by why isn't he suing?

14. This is all just a ploy. Are you kidding? He's not going to sue Cedars. The only reason why he's saying this is because the public keep saying that Cedars is the one to blame, or at least be equally responsible. He was very quick to sue the drug manufacturer, but not Cedars because he doesn't want to burn that bridge. Cedars is known to accommodate celebrities very well, so if he sues them, he's going to need to find another celebrity-friendly hospital.

So now he's acting like he's tough, giving Cedars a "warning", so it looks to the public that he's holding them responsible, but nothing will happen. I'd be surprised if he didn't already call the hospital administration telling them "look, I'm going to say you guys better shape up to the public, but don't worry, I don't really mean it, love you guys!"
