Workout ~~gym-rat~~ guru Richard Simmons has stayed strikingly similar to his '80s self - sexy, skinny, skimpy, and frizzy.

We know the exercise diva stays ferocious and slim by flapping around a gym all day, but we're not sure how he's maintained his signature 'fro. We suspect he's pluggin'. Ch-ch-ch-chia!

5. Richard had a book out which stated that when he originally lost all of his weight it was so unhealthy he lost all of his hair. As a birthday gift for him his brother/family bought him hair plugs. So there ya go ;)

7. Richard Simmons has never lied about getting hair restoration. He's been doing it for over 30 years. He had explained a long time ago that when he lost his weight, he didn't do it the right way, and his hair fell out- so he bought more. :)

12. Check your sources...again. He's admitted his hair is fake a couple of times. It all fell out when he did a crash diet.

15. Leave the poor guy alone. He's in his late 50's, has a bad transplant job in the front that looks like rows of corn and wears "top cover" for a huge bald spot in back. He was on my flight not too long ago to Florida and was a big hit with all the little old ladies.

What gets to me is with all that supposed exercise his arms and chest look pathetic (LOL).
