51. It's called a C-Section, followed by an immediate tummy tuck. An OB-Gyn performs the C-Section and then a qualified Plastic Surgeon is standing by to do the tummy tuck right after the delivery.

This is pretty much common procedure for these "celebrities" who like to pretend that they are super-human and can drop the baby weight in the blink of an eye. This is because they are not only vain, but want the public to believe that they are so much different and better than other women who have babies everyday.

I work as as a labor - delivery nurse at a prominent L.A. Hospital and this is how it's done folks! Ahhhh.....the magic of illusion is alive and well in celebrity land!

Don't worry other mommies out there, take your time, eat right, exorcise and breast feed! The weight will then naturally come off in a healthy way and in a realistic time frame.

54. In Hollywood, women gain weight for roles all the time. And, as for padding the ass, there are pads out there that women use to pad their asses. If I was playing a pregnancy role, I'd eat to gain the weight (at least enough weight to look believable) and pad the rest. Think about it -- the woman remained covered up from head to toe throughout the entire pregnancy. J Lo was pregnant with twins and had 6 in heels on her feet the same week before giving birth. Halle Berry gave birth to one baby and had flat shoes on the week she gave birth and her feet looked swollen. GET A GRIP PEOPLE -- NO PREGNANCY FOR J LO. J Lo needs to stop the lying!!@!!

57. #50 - Oh good grief. If Jlo had the tummy tuck done immediately after her C section, she would not be up bouncing around 1 month later! I'm sorry, but it just didn't happen. Especially, a celebrity having it done and then getting up 1 month later and going out.

59. I believe it. I've heard of this type of thing before. What better time to do a tummy tuck then while the abdomen is already opened? Then you only have one scar instead of two or more.
