20. Who knows why her face is heavier? Could be illness, some prescription drugs contain steroids which puff you up, or it could be any number of things. I think she looks better than when she weighed about 90 lbs. But lets all jump on the band wagon and trash this woman because TMZ has judged her to be puffy and wants us to. Talk about sheeple being led around by the nose.

22. My opinion is that there is a medical problem here. A numer of drugs can cause this kind of facial swelling. It is often called "moon face" in the mecial community.

25. A friend of mine has Lupus and has to take steroids for it. It looks like Lara might have Lupus. The statements made by TMZ and others are so very sad. Where has all the respect gone?

27. I saw her on that Law and Order episode a couple of weeks ago and my husband and I got into an arguement about whether it was her or not. If we had not seen her name on the credits, we would not have believed it. She looks like she's had steriods for a medical problem. Or attacked by a swarm of bees.

30. I saw that episode of Law and Order too, and didn't recognize her until half way through the episode. Kept thinking she looked familiar, then it dawned on me. Exactly what the last poster said, that messing around with your bodies does age you quickly, not the other way around. She should sue, but I think this is her own fault for the excessive procedures she had while on The Practice. She looks awful and would have aged gracefully I think. Too bad she spent years puffing out her lips with god knows what. It's stretching the skin which = long-term damage. You're left with a saggy mess, much like people who've lost a lot of weight quickly and have saggy skin. Same deal here, and it just take more "bloat" to erase the puffiness.
