Yes I read the docs last night. I was slightly surprised to see that Butterbutt was added to the suit. This suit will remain in state court not Federal right? Would that have something to do with the fact that proving jurisdiction with the Texas Trio is not an issue?

I come on this site to read the comments & often wondered why people would be doing all the researching to dig up dirt on a little old lady in Texas who was only trying to find out why her daughter & grandson died in the presence of Howard Stern. It seemed a few of the people supporting Howard were working harder than I work at my paying job. I always had my suspicions & after reading about the lawsuit naming these bloggers my suspicions were confirmed.

What kind of person would go out on a limb for a man who has been under the radar of suspicion for many months? Maybe they wanted their names in headlines or maybe they were infactuated with the likes of Howard (puke). For whatever reason, they seem to now be "part of the gang."

I just hope they all pay dearly in dollars & emotional stress for the harm they have inflicted on an innocent woman.

3611. If Virgie is basing her lawsuit on (It damaged my ability to gain custody and visitation) She is going to have a hard time proving that. There is proof that she never spoke or tried to speak to or see her grandson Daniel for 12 years. She never sent him a BD card or even a Christmas card according to her own testimony in Fla court. She never tried to get grandparents visitation to see Daniel. She has not filed for grandparents rights in Calif against Larry for visitation rights to see DL. Nor has she filed for custody in calif. Where is her proof that this affected her rights when she has not sought those rights or ever been denied by a court of those rights.
US courts do not give custody to a grandparent over a parent, that has not been proven unfit. So she is saying she was denied rights that she legally would of never had in the first place. I truly think her case will be thrown out. The Texas State Court already sent this case to Federal court and I think it will remain there. I believe the Federal court will throw it out.
This is a lady that is being used by her attorneys for the sole purpose of getting even for Stern filing against O'Quinn.

How do we KNOW what Virgie did or did not do? Can you say with certainty that she never ever sent Daniel a birthday card? Can you swear that Anna never called her? We have no way, other then the word of Howielied, to verify anything. MAYBE when the defamation suit plays out, we will learn that all is not what we preceive them to be. How would you feel if it was proven, that Anna called Virgie, Daniel had talked to her, she had sent Christmas and birthday cards?

The thing here is that we don't know. We know the picture that Howielied has painted and it most certainly is not a pretty one. Even if all that has been said is true, does that mean that Virgie didn't love her daughter, love her grandson? To say the least they may have had a very volatile relationship. Anna was Anna after all. I think we should wait before we pass judgement on a mother/grandmother who is grieving
