I am so happy that the REAL Anna's wishes' bloggers stayed together as a whole and didn't fall into the backstabbing ways of Queen of Media, Queen of Gossip, just Queen of A$$es {ie QV}. I heard she had to close down her website as soon as she was called out for lying about Rose and all that porn nonsense a long time ago. I hope once again, this will be another stop to her website being able to continue in hurting innocent people with false information.

I don't think that was the place for evidence---just an "interview"........e-mails, chats, proof,etc weren't required at that time.....doesn't mean it doesnt exist.....time will most likely tell.

QV herself only voices opinions and tells what she thinks others were doing and what their motives might have been. No first hand knowledge of any conspiracy among the parties sued by Virgie. I believe that is also true when it comes to the picture that has been painted of Howard because most of what has been reported has been from people with vendettas, including Vergie. How do we KNOW what Virgie did or did not do? Can you say with certainty that she never ever sent Daniel a birthday card? Can you swear that Anna never called her? We have no way, other then the word of Howielied, to verify anything. MAYBE when the defamation suit plays out, we will learn that all is not what we preceive them to be. How would you feel if it was proven, that Anna called Virgie, Daniel had talked to her, she had sent Christmas and birthday cards?

The thing here is that we don't know. We know the picture that Howielied has painted and it most certainly is not a pretty one. Even if all that has been said is true, does that mean that Virgie didn't love her daughter, love her grandson? To say the least they may have had a very volatile relationship. Anna was Anna after all. I think we should wait before we pass judgement on a mother/grandmother who is grieving

I am only going by what Virgie testified to in the Fla. hearing. She is the one that stated she had not seen or spoken to Daniel since he was 8. When asked if she ever sent him a BD or Christmas card she said no. I don't know where he lives I think it is a pink house somewhere in LA. She was a cop and could of very easly found out their address. It is sure funny how cousin shelly or whoever found it. I do truly think her case will be tossed. As soon as everyone has filed the judge is going to see the light and toss it. First off she can not prove that she would of had custody or visitation if not for these people because she never had a right to either one in the first place. By the time the judge is shown how many different people have supposedly defamed her and there are many that wrote and posted bad things about her that she is not suing like perez hilton, it will show that her intention is just to get this in a state court for jurisdiction. I also believe that McCabe has made statements to the press that is going to come back and bite him.
And someone earlier wrote that it would be nice if Larry could shed a tear for Anna and Daniel, well the same could be said about Virgie.

The investigators of O'Quinn's are extremely 'amatuer' in their work product. They can go through dozens of websites that had the true public opinion all through Feb and after when she tried to halt the funeral... THREE TIMES!! Anna Nicole Smith's momma, Virgie Arthur, is out to get some Texan bloggers and TMZ for spreadin' falsehoods ’bout her on the internet which, she claims, dirtied up her reputation and lost her the rights to be the legal caretaker of granddaughter heiress, Dannielynn.

Virgie filed a complaint against said parties in a Texas state court on Monday.

Arthur's complaint stems from a story titled Virgie Has Son with Her Stepbrother posted last April on TMZ. The story implies that the couple were stepsiblings prior to their relationship, said Arthur's lawyer.

TMZ and their lawyers did not comment on the suit.

Lyndal Harrington, one of the Texan bloggers targeted by Virgie says she was shocked to hear about the lawsuit and that it's been "hard to find an attorney to stand up for (her) First Amendment rights."

Aren't there public defenders in Texas who can help the bloggers out?!! Hmm. On second thought, maybe you only get a public defender if you do something crazy like armed robbery.

So far QV gossips in a deposition and he attachs it to his lawsuit......the lawsuit itself is a whiny repetition of his bloggers' stories from a year ago that we all have read many times before on TMZ and elsewhere.
