I just read it Whack and your right - I do not support that filthy mouth either, its disgusting. That person is not associated with me and deserves to be reported! Believe me I am not associated with anyone like that or anyone that had made fun of Virgie Arthur on this site, and I am the one that told them to shut their big mouth and then I got ridiculed for it! I never liked the big mouths making fun of Wood or McCabe either with these morons bringing up the past on both of them.

If you really want, I can go digging back on this blog in particular as that is where I think these two were making fun of Rose with defrauding her disability benefits. If I find it, will post it.

Actually Whack, with all due respect I wish you luck on your exams too. I just finished my degree not too long ago too and doing it is a lot of hard work especially when you have a family and working.

Which comments? If you're talking about some of the crap on Topix, no I don't support posting filth for the sake of fun. If they want to read that, they can buy a dirty book or something, it doesn't belong on a public blog. Don't care which side does it. Defend your position on the story or whatever, but there isn't any need for the type of stuff that has appeared on Topix lately, or here in earlier times. On Topix, there is a button to report posts, and the moderators are good at removing obscene stuff. Here, nobody care, they make their money off of sleaze. Just my humble opinion.

I'm after a degree in Healthcare Administration. It's looking very far away right now, buried under 6 finals in 4 days. Makes me long for the good old days before an ulcer when I could go have a beer and drown my tension with the other students! LOL

Thanks! But I miss having a real life. Going to school when you haven't been in over 20 years is a......"challenge". 6 hours in school, followed by more hours of homework mean I don't get to read much of what happens here or on Topix. I try to pop in both places once a day to catch up, but I fail many days. I'm encouraged that the discussion continues. And I'm always glad to see old friends and "others" still alive and kicking!

Boy, do I know about lack of a real life when a lot of your time is spent studying for classes. There were some times that I stayed up until 2 in the morning studying when I had to get up and go to work the next morning. I actually had to be on at times with two other classmates online as we were assigned as a group and we had to put a public project together (my degree is in public administration/healthcare too) One lived in NC and the other lived in Atlanta. We worked good together, though, as a virtual team. Again, I wish you a lot of luck - you will feel a lot better once it's over with.

I think we can all agree here that even though whatever side you are on that that stuff on Topix is unbelievable at times (on both sides.) I can see, though, that there are good people on both sides of the spectrum in this case.

5561. I went back to my files and looked at all the threats that have been posted. Many of us have been baited and threatened for no reason at all. The poster didn't even have the decency to state why they were threatening us, I still have no idea why Mrs. Marple and I were threatened one night. But I was promised a bullet and that very certainly affected my wanting to exchange ideas with oppositional posters. I don't believe I have ever threatened any posters on here or any other site. It was rude and uncalled for. It was not, however, the first time I had been profanely insulted. It was just one of those lasting moments. Like others, we have files coupled. We learned early of TMZ sweepers.

Well I have to say I admire what you're doing because I happen to know your age (very much close to mine) and I also went back to school and it was very hard, but I did it. Passing thru, no one on either side has any right to threaten anyone, period. That night, was that reported to the TMZ legal team? If not it should have. That was a very, very serious threat and I hope the proper authorities were handling this. People I think on either side should feel not threatended by stating their opinions without the threat of bashing or riducule or threats to someones life or house or anything like that. I myself noticed that blogs can get really nasty when they want to (some blogs not even related to this case at all) and I think moderators need to really enforce the rules. Also, the reason why I have my name as it is temporarily is due to out of protest of what is going on at that Topix site, and I've notice that the filth continues now as we speak. It's not right for either side. I respect what you are saying.
