Next question..WHY is everybody leaving the Saga? There are so many unanswered questions and restless souls who, IMO, would continue to comment. Why have they given up?

A few questions if anyone cares to answer......Where did the Methadone that killed Daniel come from? Was is Anna's, Stern's or Daniel's script? Why has that never been investigated or, if investigated, why has the information not been released. AND...why does Anna and Daniel have no headstones on their graves and is Daniel's father still committed to retrieval of Daniel's remains? Why is Stern not living in the Bahamas with Anna and Daniel as promised. If Stern does not live up to his promise to Anna..Daniel and Anna will untimately lay in rest far from any her family and Stern himself..the very person to plead before the court that Anna's wishes were to be buried far from anyone or anyplace that she loved..What was the reasoning that Stern insisted that Anna and Daniel be isolated forever in the Bahamas? Will Dannielynn's every gravesite treck to visit her brother and mother be financially compensated? IMO, Anna didn't run "from" her Destiny...she was "fastracked" into it..

Well, at this point...I can "almost" live with that simplistic answer..what a travesty of the legal system and justice for Anna's family..It leaves absolutely no closure for Anna's family and most importantly...Dannielynn. Someday Anna's little girl may want to know about her Mother..her brother...Anna's legacy for that little girl will be devastating. Who will answer the difficult...What was Mommie like as a little girl..before all hell broke loose..do I look like my Mommie when she was a little girl? There will be no one to "fill in" the blanks for Dannielynn..What an unbelievable travesty...

I agree...and what is so unfair is that Larry is making his decision about Dannielynn knowing Virgie (an the rest of her maternal family) without even getting to PERSONALLY know them. He has Dannielynn to answer to one day.

Virgie is the closest blood there is to her dead Mom.........I have said many times that I hope somewhere along the line as she grows up, she will learn compassion and forgiveness from SOMEONE......and want to make her OWN decision about her maternal family....maybe SHE will be fair and not anyone else's word. I KNOW Larry's excuse is the custody issue----a totally DEAD issue, IMO.......it is his excuse, not a valid reason....IMO

Those are questions I would like to know the answers to also Blu...Maybe stern is finally honoring one of Anna's wishes..He's not living in the Bahamas I hear..If Anna COULD speak today, I believe she would say she doesn't want him anywhere near her or Daniel....He was with her more than anyone else during the last years of her life and he let her down miserably!!...Her son died RIGHT UNDER HIS NOSE and she died RIGHT UNDER HIS NOSE. IMO the woman he claims to have loved soooo much wasn't worth enough to him to even call 911 for help. I hope we get those answers someday Blu, I really do...

i agree dink! we are still here and still waiting for justice.. and yes..IF we had the answers to those questions maybe annas BLOOD family could finally have some closure..and begin to heal..so untill virgie gets the answers to her questions..i am here for the long haul and so very disgusted and disillusioned by LE and the people who COULD figure this all outl...WHO WILL BE THE HERO who finally says..enough of this crap..lets get tot he bottom of this travesty in justice once and for all? who will that be? still waiting..........

Everyone is not leaving this saga. We are here.There are many comments and facts that many would like to address. Getting a dialog going seems to be the impossible dream, lately.

I think that we all knew,although hope sprang eternal, that Daniels inquest would answer some questions. We thought that at the very least, his death would be called hom ic ide. We thought that they would find out where the methadone came from, but all our hopes were dashed, when delay after delay occurred, witnesses disappeared, and Magistrate Campbell literally told the jury what verdict they should find. Seems this man, sworn to to uphold justice has a habit of "telling jurors" what to decided. Read back a few pages, Believe that the links to verify this statement were posted.

We all want to know in whose name the methadone was prescribed. I guess the powers that be don't want that info out. I doubt that it was ever investigated. Investigation in the Bahamas seems to be asking the "key suspects" what happened and then taking their word for it. Not unlike what unfolded in Florida. That room should have been treated like a "crime scene" no one should have been allowed in, or to remove items, such as garbage cans, Daniels clothes ect. But again much like the Florida scene. Howie lied made sure that "guest" were present in the room and with that maneuver, all hope was lost for truths to come out.

Headstones, well that is a joke. Howielied has done nothing to make those graves decent for the "love of his life" and her only son. I wonder if he ever heard of "sod" you know the grass that comes in rolls and you lay it down. That isn't all that expensive, and he could maybe put a vase for flowers to sit in at the grave site, but that would be an expense not needed since no one is allowed near the graves except for him and Larry and well they are not what you could call frequent visitors. I suspect that Howielied needs every penny he can get to pay for his attorneys fees, so fixing the graves would be an expense that he just can't cover right now. IMO.

So many unanswered questions. So many facts and truths no longer debated for "fear" of being bashed or sued. So many still waiting silently for justice to arrive.What is that saying, "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing"?

GTO . thats a very good post and pretty much sums it up ...im beginning to wonder just how high up this corruption and coverup goes..when no one in 2 countries will demand answers to the hard questions and do something it tends to make me think they too are part of this ugly coverup regarduing the deaths of anna and danny...idont WANT to think that..but what else are we to think when NO ONE in authority has asked and demanded answers to these deaths....the "investigations" were nothing more than interviewing howie and company and thats where it stopped....its downright disgraceful...

5608. 1173. I have a feeling most of you with the accusations of "everyone is money hungry," has never lost a loved one that got buried in the wrong place where family could not visit. This is not a strange or unusual thing. It happened in my own family, and no one was rich. These people never seemed to be vultures before. I say lets let them be family. In a few years, no one will remember Anna. Her body will lay there as well as her sons, basically in a foreign country. If I am not mistaken, the only way we know "she wanted to be buried next to him" was because we were told by Stern, who seems a little shady, and the burial plots. I think she trusted him because he spoke money to her. She would sign anything. As much as I never liked her in life, her family deserves respect, and deserves to bury their dead, like any other family. I agree with the other writer, how does a newly born childs guardian get to make all the decisions about the burial of people who are not the child, instead of next to kin? The lesson learned from all of this is sin has a payback day, and it bites back. It is very sad. My best wishes for ANS's baby. She had no part of this.

For well over a year...thousands of comments....how many way's and by how many diverse voices before notice is taken. This one post from long ago...states the obvious. Still no clear cut answers to this day..Still we question..How did this happen to a Tesas Grandmother? I am beginning to believe "organized" effort ....how WELL organized, for how long and more importantly...by WHOM? It appears...Dannielynn has lost half of her family tree...to be honest I have NEVER heard of such a thing simply because Howie, of NO relation to Anna Nicole, said so!

5609. ...........and to add to what you both said........wasn't it Larry right after Anna's death that swore to get answers to all those questions? HE is the one that could and he doesn't seem very interested and I think, for Dannielynn's sake that is a shame. I STILL don't use the word murder (especially since the jury decided, and I respect that)......but that methadone came from somewhere and I'd be pounding on doors until I knew from where----but then again, maybe Larry KNOWS where it came from.

I think the unmarked graves is disgusting. It's been over a year and a half since Daniel died and over a year since Anna died-----can no one tie two sticks together to make a cross....to show respect for these people and to acknowledge that they once lived? I can't think of ONE good excuse for NOTHING to mark the grave of a deceased person. If they must have some gawdy headstone that takes years to "get right"....that is certainly their business.......but mark their resting places with SOMETHING in the meantime.........and son't put down people that care enough to put items there, no matter how inexpensive or plain!....................jmho

Any normal person who lost a loved one in the manner of Daniels death, would indeed be kicking in doors, One would think that the father of Daniels sister, would want answers to WHY Daniel died and where he got the drugs that killed him.

As far has the graves are concerned.......Is it only Howielied who can fix them up because he holds the"deed"to those plots in his name? Cant Larry, on behalf of DL cough up the money to spruce those grave sites up until the alleged granite headstone is ready? I mean WTF, he takes his daughter there for a photo op and allows the world to see the condition of these graves? Now that they have everything "Anna", are they showing there true feelings for her by allowing her and Daniel to lay in a grave site that is deplorable? Grave sites in a Potters Field are cared for with more love then these two are being shown. Their lack of respect for Anna and Daniel, says volume for the true feelings that they had for her, Sadly once again, Daniel must suffer for his mothers lifestyle and the "friends "she surrounded herself with. I would venture to say that had Virgie Arthur and Billy Smith been allowed the privilege of burying their loved ones, that they would be shown the respect and love that the family had for them. The grass would be green, headstones in place, a vase for flowers that would surely be placed on a steady basis, by family members that would remember that these two people lived. How sad.
