6159. Though Arthur's lawyer, Neil McCabe, was turned down on his request to add more defendants, he said he was pleased with the judge's ruling.

"If anybody should not be happy, it should be Mr. Stern who is now going to have to be defending himself in federal court and state court in Texas," McCabe said. "(Arthur's) reputation is in Texas, therefore he can be sued where he intended to hurt her reputation, which is in Texas."

A Dallas lawyer representing Stern could not be reached for comment

It turns out the now-infamous Anna Nicole in Creepy Clown Makeup clip comes from a much longer, much more disturbing video, aired on Geraldo at Large. Brought to Rivera's show by the father of a nine-year-old girl present for the entire shoot, the girl describes having seen Howard K. Stern give Smith something from "a white bottle with red stripes."

Smith then quickly descends into incoherency, mistaking the toy doll in her arms for her own baby, and her real pregnancy as "just gas." Stern, meanwhile, rattles off instructions about background noise, white levels, and unusable boob-slip footage to a cameraman named Mark, ignoring the nine-year-old as she pleads with him to, "Cut the tape off and help...I think we need the hospital...Howard, seriously—please help." Now, if you'll excuse us, we're going to curl into a fetal ball on the floor of a scalding shower and lie there unblinking for several hours.

Is it an accidental OVERDOSE.

Miss Smith was likely NOT aware of the risks of using multiple drugs while in a PHYSICALLY vulnerable state CONSEQUENT TO HER INFECTIONS. In this instance, she may have OVERMEDICATED herself with Chloral Hydrate to ALLEVIATE THE SYMPTOMS OF HER INFECTIONS.

What I really said was, Undoubtedly Miss Smith was out of her mind with the painful buttock infections and dehydration. Most likely, she would have gladly drank the chloral hydrate (liquid). Now, I know I said earlier, she would not have drank the chloral hydrate, because it tastes so bad and would have had to be forced down her throat and there was no evidence of that; no trauma and so on, BUT a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do and I'm gonna be on all these TV shows, doing a book tour, and all that celebrity pathologist kind of stuff!

So, I'm gonna stick with my peers on this one and go with, "She liked it, She wanted it, She was the Queen Bee in her realm even drinking from the bottle at times and this time she just accidentally drank too much!

6164. I like swims example of turning away a "wasted" friend that knocked on your door too messed up to get home safely....he asked if you would turn that friend away from sleeping on your couch...........most of us would not a couple times, but not for 12 years.................

I think all these reposts prove my point when I told swims that ___IMO___these people not only made their couches available but handed Anna a pillow.........she deserved better from people that professed to love her.....IMO

I think all these reposts are beside the point. The evidence shows that no murder was committed, so it doesn't matter how many times all the old allegations are dug out, the end result is still the same.
