No one is surprised by this ruling. IF you pay enough pay off - you can get your own version of justice. No one was of the mindset the Bahamas was ever going to do anything. It's the US FEDS that will. It wil be a different story.

72. IMO the Bahamas did a great job and IMO anyone would have a real job trying to overturn their verdict. The Texas team tried to make people in the US believe just what they wanted us to believe peddled by the talking heads.IMO they fell far short of this Anyone with a mind of their own knows this..IMO HKS did not have what some of you say a dream team like OJ big big differance.This came out the only way it should or could have.D Clark is just blowing smoke and he knows it It is hard to think we have someone like him that was supposed to take care of the people of the US.Guess Being paid a higher salary does it for some.

73. 55. With methadone being illegal in The Bahamas, where did this boy get the methadone, how could Anna-Nicole Smith receive a shipment in The Bahamas, and who picked it up on her behalf? What happened to the nannies and what happened to their sworn testimony in Florida and The Bahamas?


Anna had liquid Methadone in the Bahamas. The toxicologists testimony involved pill form Methadone. Daniel probably got it from the same place he got the Valium he misused the month before his death or the prescription that belonged to someone else that Ray martino found in Daniels backpack.

The inquest was postponed so the nannies could be found. Apparently they didn't want to lie under oath.

74. As far as zealots go look at who is talking.I haver been reading the inquest as it goes along in England and will wait to see what the jurors have to say. My smypathy lies with Dodies father and all he has gone thru. He say's he will accept the juries decision. Says more about him than about some of you.The jury found the death accidential,most of us don't know what all waa said in the court room only second hand stuff.My question is why can't some of you let it go.??

Do you know what accidental means? It means it was an accident and NO CRIME was committed. That means Howard is INNOCENT. The only spin is from the losers who can't accept they were wrong from day one.

You morons claiming payoffs should stop and think before you type. Two countries made the same ruling. Howard couldn't afford to pay off every official involved in one country let alone two. There were no less than SIX doctors, TWO judges, DOZENS of police officers, ATLEAST ONE District Attorney and untold other officials he would have to pay off to conclude the same outcome for both deaths. Even if he was using Anna's money he would never have had enough to pay off THAT MANY PEOPLE. Use some common sense for once in your lives.
