77. Hey grandma...your "O" don't mean squat! Howard knows what he did to contribute to those two deaths. It's just a miracle that Dannielyn survived those drugs. I have no doubt she would have been next had Larry not gotten her back. Howard is going to be in for a shocker when he loses the case again the old man. Then he'll HAVE to go out and get a REAL job! Anna had liquid Methadone in the Bahamas. The toxicologists testimony involved pill form Methadone. Daniel probably got it from the same place he got the Valium he misused the month before his death or the prescription that belonged to someone else that Ray martino found in Daniels backpack.

The inquest was postponed so the nannies could be found. Apparently they didn't want to lie under oath.

I wouldn't be surprised IF Howard asked Daniel to BRING the drugs to the Bahamas and then removed them, kept the bottles in the car, etc.. Dr. E had even written on a request to Kapoor SHE would provide a COURIER for drugs. Problem with that theory: CUSTOMS.

Howard may have set Daniel up for his own death...

81. Daniel Inquest Verdict: Accidental Overdose!

A coroner’s jury in the Bahamas looking into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, declared Monday the 20 year old died of “non-dependent drug use,” in other words, an accidental overdose, ruling no further criminal investigation was necessary.

The verdict certainly exonerates Anna Nicole’s long time companion Howard K. Stern of any wrong-doing. “There was never any evidence to suggest Howard did anything wrong,” said popular Bahamas talk show host Lincoln Bain in an exclusive telephone interview after sitting in on court Monday.

The judge told the jury it had three options: non-dependent drug use, meaning Daniel was not an addict hooked on the drugs that killed him, accident or misadventure, and an open ruling that would indicate the jurors couldn’t agree. The judge said there was no evidence of homicide or suicide, so took those possible findings off the table during jury instructions.

Toxicologists testified Daniel had high levels of methadone in his blood, along with two anti-depressants. Medical records and testimony portrayed a troubled young man once hospitalized for valium misuse who had also taken other drugs like methadone and ecstacy.

The unanimous verdict, heard by Stern and Anna Nicole’s mother, Virgie Arthur, should blow away clouds of suspicion seeded by her legal team that’s been chanting homicide as its mantra, but probably won’t. Royal Bahamas police investigators earlier found no evidence of foul play.

Asked how he’d respond to any attempt to spin the ruling as a Bahamian system of justice that was less than just, Bain said “that would be utter nonesense. They heard the evidence, and based on the evidence, they made the proper ruling. It may have taken a little longer than it should, but no one can argue it wasn’t thorough.”

Stern told reporters he hoped the inquest would put a stop to people who didn’t really know or appreciate Anna or Daniel from further trashing their memory, and let them rest in peace. Mother and son were buried together in a Bahamas cemetery. Sources tell me he may appear on a talk show to discuss the emotional impact of the inquest, and how he hopes Anna and Daniel will be remembered.

Please post the link showing where Ray said he found someone elses prescription in Daniel's backpack. Why was he going through Daniel's backpack?

If Daniel or Anna's team were unable to get the Methadone thru customs, then it might have already been in the hospital provided by someone there in on their schemes...or it was smuggled in different bottles/containers. I would have loved if the police had tested the fast food containers for traces of drugs/methodone...but that sure didn't happen, as Geraldo Rivera said, the investigation was bungled from the beginning...

90. SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS REMAIN AND IF HOWARD LOVED DANIEL AND ANNA SO MUCH, WHY WAS HE ENABLING THEIR DRUG USE? PERHAPS TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THEM? TOO MANY PEOPLE WITNESSED HIM ADMINISTERING DRUGS TO ANNA OR OBTAINING THEM FOR HER UNDER HIS NAME. AND IT IS NO ACCIDENT THAT HOWARD IS STILL IN CONTROL OF ALL OF ANNA'S ASSETS BUT THE BABY.
