Jessica Hospitalized -- Condition, Pissy

TMZ has learned Jessica Simpson has been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai for what we're told is a "minor kidney infection." That's a pisser!

Jessica's rep confirms the story, first reported by In Touch. The rep says Jess is fine and should be released today. We're told her QB BF Tony Romo is not with her, though.

64. Yes, kidney infections can be caused by UTI, a side effect from getting too many manuals on a long term basis. The term "Manuals" is not to be mistaken for books, definitely no problem with too many of those.

66. I had a two night hospital stay from a minor kidney infection. I dont think its for attention, why would a celeb want to stay in a hospital when they could be travelling or shopping anywhere they want?

I hope she gets well soon, its actually fairly painful to have a kidney infection.
