From the start, something seemed waaaay too fishy about Miley Cyrus' whole "lost dog" routine. The unnecessarily extravagant signage, the complete lack of real concern, the ridiculous funeral defense? Seem like a shameless attempt at publicity to you?!


Sorry, Miley. Not buyin' it. If you've got a lost dog on your hands, you get your a$$ out there and you find that damn thing! You don't doctor up a bunch of decorative art student projects and hope it finds its way back. You said it yourself, the dog has one-inch legs, how far could it have gone?

But the kicker? Who jettisons a dog you just found in the street to go to the Ivy? Really?

63. This is trully disgusting. We have grown adults cussing a child in a "news article" I say that loosely. I dont know about California but where I live its consider a form of verbal abuse to call a child such a name. No matter how much she is in the public eye she is still a child. I cannot believe adults would lower themselves to attack a childs character. I pray for the one who happened to write this article and has such low standards to cuss a child. I usually dont look at tmz but a friend showed me this article sickening to pick on a child. You need help.

I am sick and tired of you running an opinionated story and then having a poll at the bottom asking what readers think. WELL when you phrase the story to make it seem like this lost dog thing is phoney, then readers are going to believe it's not real. How about you write a non-biased story? Gossip columns are already fake enough, you should at least try for some objective journalism.

72. TMZ will always pick on Miley, try to destroy her, because she and her family are Christians. Didn't you know that Christian-harassing is all the rage now? Christians are not yet protected by the hate crime and hate speech laws, but it will come to that.

TMZ can't stand a decent family. They only want families and celebrities that feed into their need for gossip, scandal, and cash. Harvey leads an expensive life, you know.

74. I think it's the real deal- she looked natural w/out make-up, not all primped up and certainly not ready for a photo-op.
She doesn't need anymore publicity- she seems to be a normal kid. May God bless her for being a sweetie!

75. if you watch the video, you'll see that it's NOT HER dog she's looking for. it's her aunt's. so she's not that invested in this, thus her behavior. i'm glad she did try to find it, tho and that her neighbors were nice enough to keep track of the pooch as well. but seriously, what's the point in tearing into her like that when YOU GUYS were the ones who got the damn video up in the first place!? do you have nothing better to do now that brit's family has stepped up and started to treat her like she's FAMILY instead of a meal ticket? cause this is what it's look like to me!
