Neighbors to McCartney: STFU!

Jesse McCartneyJesse McCartney is the perfect neighbor -- if you're a vampire!

J-Mac's neighbors are pissed about the former boybander's parties -- they don't get going until 2:30 in the frickin' morning and they last all night. A notice was sent around the neighborhood that calls out Jesse by name and tells people to call 911 when things get out of control.

We're told cops have busted up several of the 20-year-old's ragers, but no charges have been filed.

But really, who didn't see this coming? We got a photo of Jesse back in 2006 -- when he was 18!!! -- boozin' it up in a Hollywood club. The signs were there, people!

49. Way to go Jesse! Maybe some sound advice. Invite the neighbors. Lol You know there just jealous because they forget they probably did this also to some extent when they were 20 too unless the were geeks. Its a damm same that one has to break the law to shed the wholesome boy image in hollywood and become the bad boy. you show them Jess. I'm also aware that he has a new album coming out that will probably go platnum, so go ahead jess patry on I did when i was your age and I never got charged either.. Departure is the name of the new album and if I know the Jeaster he's singing about his leavin childhood and becoming an adult........ So Rock ON & I'll keep listening....... by the way bad boys sell more records than good boys... Just Me The Tedster

As a Deacon of this church and a community activist, I have had the privilege of developing programs and activities that support positive teen development. We have held basketball tournaments, skating parties, black history month activities, neighborhood clean ups and supporting youth in developing relationships with the church.

53. I just want to put the rumors to rest. I just got home from college to find out that Jesse is my neighbor and i have to say that TMZ has been hanging out in the hood, taking up what little parking spots there are, and being much more of a pain than Jesse's parties have been. He is a nice kid and his parties aren't really a problem, they aren't out of control or super loud, the problem is that the houses in this area of Hollywood all are on top of each other on the hill and the noise travels really easily. My advice to him is to invest in sound proof glass, or buy Laura's house when she moves to NY. TMZ, please leave my family and me, and all of our neighbors alone! We could care less that Jesse is partying and having a good time, we just want you to get off our street and leave us all alone!
