PETA to Brit -- We Know You Need a Job

After seeing her amazing performance on "HIMYM," PETA is offering Mess Spears a job as their receptionist. Meat is murder on line one!

The animal rights group, which usually attacks Brit Brit for wearing fur and buying pets from pet stores, is trying to mend their relationship by offering Spears a job. Her salary? $1000, donated to the charity of her choice.

PETA is hoping Brit will experience first hand the problems they deal with and hopefully change what they say are her anti-animal ways.

The chances of this happening are slim to none, not to mention the fact that she has enough problems of her own. But, then again, stranger things have happened. Let's not forget, she married K-Fed.

53. This is to announce a new organization: People for the Ethical Treatment of Britney Spears (PET-BS). We used to just post impassioned and naive-sounding "Leave Britney alone!" pleas, but we finally realized that no one has been taking us seriously, and everyone has been laughing behind our backs. Therefore, we decided to band together and form a public awareness and lobbying organization.

This way, we'll have enough collective strength to confront the world head on, so that now, people can laugh right in our faces.

Our mission statement:

People for the Ethical Treatment of Britney Spears (PET-BS), with more than 18 members and supporters, is the largest Britney Spears rights organization in the world.

PET-BS focuses its attention on the four areas in which Britney Spears suffers the most intensely for the longest periods of time: when Britney Spears' civil rights are taken away by her gravy-train-riding father; when there are vast conspiracies by judges, lawyers, the media, her family, and K-Fed all working in concert to destroy Britney Spears; when Britney Spears can't be with her true friends such as Sam and the paparazzi; and when Britney Spears is discussed on TMZ. We also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel denial of recreational drugs, the barbaric forcing of underwear to be worn, and the inhuman attempts to make Britney Spears actually take financial responsibility for the decisions she makes.

Most of all, we are committed to going out of our ways to make pathetic fools of ourselves in the interest of furthering our sacred creed: "Leave Britney alone!"

56. Did anyone see the FBI story on PETA afew years back? A dumpster was staked out by the FBI because lots, I mean lots of dead dogs were showing up. Surprise! A van pulled up and started dumping dogs in. Turns out it was PETA members, who after going around to local shelters and scamming these animals out of caring hands, would take them into the back of the van and euthinize them within minutes. The total ammount of canine corpses was around 75 to 100.PETA of course said these were renegades and not affiliated with them. Listen people, if you love animals DO NOT SUPPORT PETA. They want one thing and one thing only, for humans to live completely seperate lives from animals. That means no pets, no zoos, no helping endangered animals, no research that could prevent or treat disease such as cancer, (btw I am against inhumane testing). I wish some of these celebs would stop and actually research what PETA is and stands for before stripping nude and posing for them. I doubt many of them would have been so enthusiastic about the endorsement. Most people on here got it right though, give money or time were you can see it working. A local shelter is the number one way to go. I am a PETB member though. (People for the Ethical Treatment of Britney.) She seems to be getting back on track. I hope she gets her kids back soon, thats gotta be tough. Leave her alone PETA, same goes for Ms. Franklin, or anyone else you got your grubby little sights on.
