Simon Cowell may know a thing or two about singing, but he needs to brush up on his open alcohol container laws.


The British loudmouth left Ago last night with an open Heineken bottle in hand. Law enforcement tells us Simon could have been ticketed for illegally drinking in public. At least he wasn't Lohaning driving.

7. what is # 2 K talking about. Simon has showed more personality this year than any other season. He has given good and bad feedback. We even got to see the man tap his foot to the music once and show he really does like music. Really if you are going to speak you should know what you are talking about.

9. Apart from his sometimes painful and often undiplomatic stark honesty as a music critic, he is consistently affable, amiable and gracious publicly. This a a very civilized, perceptive and rational man. Maddeningly so, I'd bet.
