USB - If you are a mental health professional touting that dubious fact on TMZ, of all places, and ridiculously applying the term "pathological" willy nilly, God help the poor fools who receive your services. Proof that any dork wtih an AA degree can hang out a shingle as a "Mental Health Professional." Let this be an example of why one should check credentials before receiving "care" of any sort.

Woody's son declined any further relationship with his father, and the court refused to allow visitation with the younger daughter due to Woody's "grossly inappropriate" behavior and his "narcissistic" refusal to see how it had damaged his daughter.

Y'all can argue until you're blue in the face whether his bonking the 14 year old sibling of his children, when he'd raised the girl since she was 10, was indeed incest or pedophilia. However, no matter what you call it, civilized folk, and the courts, deem it grossly inappropriate, and generally disgusting. That doesn't make him any less of an artist. Even John Wayne Gacey could paint.

Why did he marry Soon Yi and not Mia? Mia's reaction was that of a woman scorned and her attitude, reaction, and publicity surrounding her being dumped and alleged pedophilia is what traumatized those kids.

89. In reading some of the posts about Woody Allen I couldn't help but think about the Salem/Danvers Witch hunts of the 1600's. If even one of you could tell me what Mr. Allens family life has to do with American Apparel using his image without his permission I would gladly listen. What ever you or I may think about his personal life is not the matter at hand. American Apparel overstepped their legal boundries and Mr. Allen has every right to file a lawsuit. And I'll make book that American Apparels' attorneys will not be using Mr. Allen's marriage to Soon Yi as a defense for them not getting Mr. Allens signature on the dotted line before putting up the billboard or postings on the Web clearing identifying Mr. Allen as their "Alledge Spokesperson."

Glass Houses, in one of my final grad courses, we learned that writing, speaking, and thinking styles are as idividual as fingerprints, yours is very similar to two posters by the pseudonyms of USB and Robert, but I digress, more to the point, your inane comparrison of the clealy relevant postings in regards to the legal principle of "remotness" in regards to civil redress by not the alledged victims but the court adjudicated victims of Mr. Allen's pedophillic and morally degenerate activities to
the Salem/Danvers Witch hunts of the 1600's is one of the most ridiculous statements we have read on TMZ in the last two days, and that is quite a feat.

Now, since no court filings or disclosure or discovery has been made or released one would wonder on what facts your outrage in regards to Mr. Allen's alleged victmzation is based, frankly, this has been the most publicity that Woody Allen has been able to garner, that does not involve pedophillia in over 15 years, and it is all free, it is going to be very difficult for any claim of damages to be allowed by the courts in this state and more than likely a case settlement conference will be ordered by the judge to clear the docket of this nonsense so real cases can be brought before the court.

Hopefully, this answers your questions, and for future reference, they have funded these amazing institutions in America called public and university libraries, in which anyone can go and read to gain knowledge and alleviate ignorance, I strongly suggest that you avail yourself of your right to do so as an American.
