He Houghs, He Puffs, He Screws Up His Neck

Derek HoughDerek Hough suffered a "Dancing" mishap this afternoon that did not involve his outfit or his Mystic Tan.

Hough, whose partner is the hot Shannon Elizabeth, wrenched his neck during the "Dancing with the Stars" rehearsal today and was taken to the hospital -- but we're told he's being a trooper (as in dance) and he went back to work.

No word if the neck injury involved a hickey.

23. Neck injuries are the most aggravating, and these dancers work so hard that their already fit muscles are pushed to their limit, making injuries an ever present possibility. I hope he's able to rest it and 'put in a sub' for a day or two. He and his sister are incredibly talented, but dance talent comes only with years of dedication and hard work.
