196. I emailed tmz with my comment and you should too:
64. "who, like Mrs. Yamin, will never be heard from again."

What a horrible and unprofessional thing to say..dont you corporate as*holes have a heart??
Sorry for this poor man's loss, losing a parent is always a terrible tragedy.

198. You should post when your staff loses a family member and make fun of them...see how it feels.
You should all feel proud of yourselves....

199. My mom died 2-1/2 years ago and that comment is still stinging me. Mrs. Yamin was only 65 years old. I only hope that Elliott has the sense to not come to this site. I'm out and done with tmz forever. But my comments will live on in the barrage of letters, phone calls and e-mails that I, for one, intend to send to Time Warner. I will only post again to give those who are interested the Time Warner contact info, If someone already has the proper address at TW to send complaints to, please post for those of us who would like to let them know what we think about this site. And to the sponsors of this site, F U!

201. Does anybody have an email address or phone number we can call to complain? If so post it and we'll blow it up! My mother is a VP at Time Warner. I doubt it will do any good but I plan on sending her this story to show her what her company is promoting!

202. make sure all you TMZers post when your mothers die so we can kick you in the balls the same way you have
done with Elliot. He has done nothing but good work on the planet. And this is how his spirit is rewarded?

203. You've really blundered that one. That "never heard from again" line was NOT fun or appropriate. It's reading that kind of remark that takes the fun out of reading TMZ. Pull your heads out occasionally.

204. I met Eliot's mom two years ago when he was a contestant on IDOL. She appeared at every performance,
and was so very proud of her son. We stood in line outside the IDOL studios after the show, where she introduced
herself to me and my sister. Then she pulled us up front so she could introduce us to her son. He was so kind
and so dear to his mom. We will miss such a lovely lady

205. I agree you are a rude asshoe. I bet your the one with annoying voice who makes the primitive attempts at humor which annoys the ears. You have room to talk wannabe.

206. This is truly in poor taste. Mr. Yamin and his family have lost a loved one and TMZ's bizare and cruel response is inexcusable.
I will join the boycott of TMZ, until Mr. Levin issues a personal apology.

207. MY LAST TIME LOOKING AT THIS SITE. You're 'writers' have made many cruel comments in the past but this is the worse. You owe not only the Yamin family an apology, but McPhee and Hicks as well. I'm noticed lately you've become more and more cruel. What has happened? No class but obviously you don't care.

208. EVERYONE - If you really want TMZ to know how you feel about this post, go to the "contact us" at the bottom of the page and email them. They really need a flood of email from us letting them know that this went TOO far.

209. THIS SITE HAS NOW JUST TURNED TRAGIC...DON'T WAN'T TO GO THERE WITH THEM...

210. Comments like this at a very sad emotional time for a family that has never HARMED or INSULTED TMZ makes me what to delete your website from my favorites.
