Hey Toots!

The 63-year-old National Ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society resurfaced at a charity event in Beverly Hills on Sunday, looking lovely.
Teri Garr
Although Teri did not receive an Oscar for her work in "Tootsie," she was the winner on a celebrity edition of "Weakest Link."

In 2006, Teri suffered a brain aneurysm and has made a full recovery.

36. She's been through Hell and back, but looks absolutely wonderful and never lost her sense of humor. I remember watching her on "Sonny and Cher" when I was a kid. She really is a talented person and she was PERFECT as the mother on "Friends."

37. I have an autoimmune disease, too; albeit a different one, but anyone who has an AI (and their friends and loved ones) know how much of a toll one can take on you. She looks great! Teri is my hero. So to SLASH ... I wouldn't wish these diseases on anyone ... even you ... you jerk!

38. It's cute how both of the outfits in her pictures seem to have the same print pattern. She's a great comedic talent! I especially liked her in Mel Brook's movies.

40. I am glad to see Teri looks well. My 48 yr old brother was diagnosed with MS in 1983. He is now bedridden, his legs have atrophied and he has lost his short term memory due to seizures. Sometimes he doesn't even know who I am. At one time, he lost his eyesight, but it came back, thank God!

Multiple sclerosis is a frustrating disease because not a lot is known about it. Everyone seems to have different symptoms and outcomes. (Some have pain but my brother has always had numbness.) I was shocked at how fast Annette Funicello's MS progressed...much faster than my brother's. But now he's in the advanced stages. :(

Teri is 15 years older than he is, so I was pleasantly surprised to see her looking so well in that photo! God bless her!

41. TERRI GARR IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! SHE WAS ROBBED OF THE BEST SUPPORTING OSCAR (circa 1981) THAT WENT TO JESSICA LANGE FOR "TOOTSIE". TERRI GARR SHOULD HAVE WON THAT OSCAR--BY FAR, AS SHE WAS SO VERY FABULOUS IN THAT MOVIE! THAT BEING SAID, TERRI GARR IS A TRUE COMEDIAN WHO DESERVES MAJOR ACCOLADES FOR HER TALENT. I ONLY HOPE HER TALENT HAS NOT BEEN "OVERLOOKED"! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS INDUSTRY--I HAVE BEEN WAITING AND WAITING TO SEE MORE TERRI GARR! (AND, NO, I NEVER DID WATCH “FRIENDS”; HOWEVER, I WAS THRILLED TO HEAR SHE WAS ON THE SHOW!)

BTW, TERRI GARR SHOULD NOT BE DEFINED BY THE DISEASE THAT HAS INFLICTED HER. INSTEAD, SHE SHOULD BE DEFINED BY HER TALENT, HUMOR, BEAUTY, AND HOW SHE IS AS A PERSON (WHICH WHAT I ASSUME IS FABULOUS!). SO, SCREW MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND SCREW THE CHAIR.--YOU CAN STILL MAKE MOVIES!

TERRI GARR, MAKE MORE MOVIES!!! SO MANY LOVE YOU!!! CHEERS TO TERRI GARR!!!!

42. I think she looks wonderful, too. I loved her in "Mr. Mom". She doesn't look like she's had any plastic surgery, either. You go, girl!! We love you, Terri!! I think she has a child, too. Wonderful....

43. Teri Garr has no choice about having a natural face---after a brain aneurysm, and suffering from MS, no reputable plastic surgeon would dream of touching her. Maybe that guy who jacked up Priscilla Presley, or the one who did Kanya West's mom would take her as a patient anyway, but nobody else would. You don't do anything but necessary life-saving surgeries on people with medical problems like that.

Teri looks great.
