Brandy has always conducted herself in a lady like and ethical manner.....

There is no reason to believe she did not get the bill. Do you have any idea how many bills she probably gets and her hectic her life is...

What may really be sad is - if she is in fact innocent of all of these charges but will spend thousands in legal bills and lose thousands in bookings for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

3. shse has to go to prison for what she did just because she's a "celbrity"it doesnt mean she shouldnt get punished. shes human just like everyone else so she should take responsibilty for her actions.

7. Why, TMZ, do you keep talking about the car accident like it's Brandy's fault? If she wasnt on drugs or drinking and the car in front of her made an abrupt stop causing her to hit them and so forth, then it was just an obvious accident. I hope your staff members get into a fatal accident so they can go through that hell. Then you won't be so quick to judge and make fun of innocent people.

Um... Lets see, that one incident is probably that she wasn't paying attention while driving on the freeway in LA and she killed somebody! And she is still free to make her stupid mistakes! Do yo live in California or LA? If not then you don't understand the freeway system here. There is always A LOT of traffic (even in the middle of the night) and there are always people that don't care how they drive so they are being reckless.

Just because she's famous (what for I don't know) does not mean she should get off easy, and that is what it seems is happening.

Oh yeah, and her saying that she didn't get the bill just goes to show how stupid she really is!

Brandy, do you seriously expect the American public to believe that someone who can barely marshal the english language let alone a financial spreadsheet is doing her own corporate finances, which are in the tens of millions of dollars, come on? You like every other Hollywood and industry newcomer are suddenly wealthy beyond your comprehension and are loathed to share that wealth - let alone pay for your legal and financial obligations - you made a small business owner wait over a year to collect a lousy $3000 - less than the cost of the dress you wore to the Grammys - you cheap coniving b%$# ! I hope that civil lawsuit that is comig up for the fatal accident takes you to the cleaners literally and figuratively.

13. Well I live in LA and just like #11 said...if she was NOT drinking,on drugs,on the cellphone, or speeding then is was a damn accident!! I know for a fact that the 405 will ALWAYS come to a sudden halt and even when you are paying attention..you will have to slam on your brakes...it has happened to me! The 405 north and south SUCK!
