17. Never liked her...and there is NO such thing as an accident. Someone is always at fault, cars are a lot like guns. They don't kill people, the people driving them do. Brandy was probably following doing something wrong, otherwise she should have been able to avoid killing this woman. If you follow the rules you should be able to avoid rear-ending some one 100% of the time. End of story.

She's a murderer and deserves to go to prison. Her not paying a small bill just shows you that she might have money but has no class or morals.

23. I know it sounds bogus, but I'm not a hollywood actress/singer, and that's happened to me before. If you pay a ton of bills, it's entirely possible you miss one because it didn't come in the mail. I've had it happen also where I knew I owed a company money, waited for the bill, and never got it. Then when I checked in with the company a few days after it should have come, I found I had all sorts of late fees. So I called the company and they reversed it since I didn't get the bill (I really didn't get it). So, yes, it's possible she didn't actually get it. Even more so if someone from her estate was making the arrangements and she had nothing to do with it.

24. TMZ, leave her alone. It was an accident, and unfortunately, they happen. They happen EVERY day. It's very sad (to say the least) that someone died in the accident that Brandy was in, but tormenting Brandy is not going to bring that person back and I'm sure Brandy already feels bad enough about what happened without you constantly rubbing it in her face. No one will ever know how much pain and guilt Brandy must live with every day. It'd be a different story if she had been driving drunk or high that day, but she WASN'T--what happened to Brandy could have happened to anyone. Just pray that it never happens to YOU, and try not being such BULLIES in the meantime!

25. Scientologists are known for stiffing people on bills and delaying payment until the very last possible moment. Every minute that a penny stays in your account is another minute that it earns interest. Pay your bills, Brandy!
