33. Now some of you guys are just heartless. No matter what someone didn't do for their children financially they don't deserve to die because of it. Do any of you negetive people know if he was active in his childrens lives? I bet not!!! Just want to go BLASTING somebody for what they don't do. How would you feel if someone stated that you needed to die because you couldn't pay a credit card bill or something? It wouldn't feel good. So can you atleast have some respect for the family that just lost their loved one? Damn!!! So how can everyone talk about Sean Levert, when you don't even know him. Check out your own sins before talking about people you don't know. Sean is in heaven with "OUR" Father. (Everybody).

Hey #16, how about when a guy is a great father ,pays child support,but the kids psycho mother still won't let him see his kid??Women have too much power in that situation, and its not right.By the way my brother has full custody of his 3 kids and they havn't seen they're mom in almost 2 yrs.So should women go to prison too for not supporting they're kids??

38. If every deadbeat dad in the world would drop dead, this world would be run by women. What are you guys, like 12? Some of these comments are really asinine. Any of you ever been behind in your bills? Late with rent or mortgage. Not paid your utilities or parking tickets? GET WITH IT PEOPLE! If you speak this ill of the dead, I hope you wonder what people will say about you when you are gone. I can only imagine most of these posts are from people under the age of 18 or some really childish adults.

41. This REALLY makes no sense whatsoever. They way it seems is that maybe Sean had no life insurance. And maybe the wife has no money to actually bury him and she is trying to get some money together from family and friends. That's the only reason I can see as to why the body is still in the coroners office. So sad.

42. It doesn't matter if he was a deadbeat dad a druggie or anything else that some you idiots choose to call him. He was also a human being and did not deserve whatever happen in that facility. My heart felt sympathy goes to Eddie Levert and the rest of the family fans and friends that care. Far as claiming his body that the family's business and noone elses! 43. Every last one of you are pathetic that has posted negative feedback to a man that has passed on. However, it's no one's place to judge a person's character so I won't continue with the thoughts I'd like to write here. My heart and prays go out to Eddie Levert during his time of grieving not only once but twice now. May Gerald and Sean R.I.P.. They were legends to the R&B and Soul Era of music. They're lyrics had great meaning and well thought out songs and sung in great depth. I only pray for those of you that don't know their music ability, that you take time to listen to some of their music. It's not a issue that Sean didn't pay his child support, it's an issue of respect to a man that truly earned it. Child support is an everyday issue to a lot of people to include women having children and not providing for them either or just to darn lazy to raise them so they give them away and let the children of our future dwell on the fact that their real family didn't want them. It's that saddness that inspires so many of our R&B and Soul singers today, reflections on their childhood and youths. You talk about Eddie not caring, that's plain bogus. How many of you are single parents and run to your parents like spoiled brats just because you know they will give you what you need in order to provide for your children which is your job? They did their job already by raising you. So many of you are quick to pass judgment, and yet you haven't even looked in the mirror at your own lives and taken the time to reflect. So until all of you do that, every last one of you are the pot calling the kettle black and are the ones throwing stones at glass houses when you should be throwing them at your own house. No one's life is perfect and never will be. In the end our greatest fear is not to be judged by soceity but to stand before God and truly face judgment. So in my closing R.I.P. Sean and Gerald Levert. My heart and prays to Eddie Levert, the inspirer of these two prominent singers that left us way before there time.
