18. Where's ANY indication that the girls are underage? Their appearance isn't such to indicate that they are more likely than not underage; clearly the pictures alone are not enough to establish probable cause for warrants to be issued. Second, why would anyone want taxpayer money wasted trying to track down these girls, who, per their Fifth Amendment rights, would be well advised not to answer any questions posed by the authorities?

Let's face it, the police will decline to investigate cases of underage drinking that THEY ACTUALLY WITNESS; it's absurd to suggest that based on inferences drawn from pictures from a specious source of incidents that cannot be corroborated by witness testimony the authorities should waste taxpayer money and fly in the face of traditional American rule of law to investigate what is under most states' laws, a petty offense.

TMZ really needs to get a life, and Harvey needs to pay better attention at his CLE courses, assuming they require CLE for California "lawyers."

22. rookie punk had his collar bone broken after 5 games last season...this season he has been appointed the starter already--my hope is that many a competing nfler saw these photos and now want to break more than a collar bone on his skany ass. I would give anything to see Brian Urlacher crush him badly.

He has now become the nfl poster boy for bad behaviour...and here you all thought it was just black players that could be bad.
