IMO a lot of the new dependency on cigarettes is created from addiction to marijuana (observer of young people)! All smokers need to go into a full detoxification program as neither (cigarettes nor marijuana) is good for one's lungs with the environmentally poor air quality these days.

We are borrowing money from other contries to fund this "Iraqi Freedom." Should the UN be involved on this? How many years does Iraq expect us to be an IRAQI BODYGUARD FOR FREE??? 73. I have always voted Republican since 1988 except for the year I voted for Ross Peret. This year I am sure of one thing and that is I will not vote for Billary. The OLD SCHOOL POLITICIANS have royally screwed up and maybe it is time for a NEW POLITICIAN who has NO REAL TRAINING to get us out of this mess. We owe trillions to China, Japan and Saudi Arabia and nobody talks about it. The President does not have to know everything, they just have to have smart people advising them. If I do not vote McCain I would vote for Obama and I could care less if he smokes as long as he does not do it around me or my kids. I really do not think he would hold a press conference as Pres with a Cig in his hand. What he does behind closed doors is not my business if he keeps it private.

75. Smoking is extremely hard to quit if you have been a smoker for many years. It took me a year plus wearing the patch to finally quit. Non-smokers have no CLUE and should not give advice when they don't know a thing about being addicted to them.
