duh, tracey, before you get too excited, this "new" information is from a filing back in January, not by Britney's new lawyer but rather by Trope & Trope. It was merely released to the public yesterday. The charges that TMZ homed in on are taken from credit card statements in 2007, over a period of eight months -- some of which were during the time before K-fed had full custody. The credit card was his business American Express, for K-Fed's production company, which showed revenues exceeding half a mill, but because K-fed charged personal items to the business it showed a loss of about $300K. This was in addition to the spousal support he received through 11/15/07, the one-time property settlement payment of a million or so, and the distribution to him of his share of the proceeds from the house that was sold. California is a community property state, so he was entitled to half the gain. He was spending his own money in Vegas -- not wisely, perhaps, but he had the financial means to blow $50K in Sin City last year.

In spite of seeing this evidence of K-Fed's spending habits in Vegas, in March the court nevertheless awarded him $375,000 for attorneys fees. The court's order listed pages and pages of hearings and other proceedings that were necessary because Britney failed to comply with court orders re: drug testing, refraining from driving with the kids in the car, failing to show up for depositions, the Jan 3 meltdown, and other similar events. When one party is the cause of the litigation, it doesn't matter what the other ex-spouse's spending habits are -- he/she is entitled to be reimbursed for the costs of getting court orders enforced, particularly when so many hearings were necessary.

Stacy Phillips apparently has filed a motion requesting the court to reconsider it March order awarding attorneys fees. Motions for reconsideration are very rarely successful. Y

153. On my most recent trip to Vegas I ran into K-Fed at a Craps table at Ceasers. The minimum was only $25 but we played along side him until he lost all of his $$$ and walked away (It didn't take very long).

155. 141. Time to examine Char's bank records and look at the shipments to Char's house. Subpoena K-feds bank records and Char's. Finally, someone is getting smart enough to realize how much they wanted her crazy so they could fly high on her money. Examine phone records from Char and K-fed over the last two years and charge card shipment invoices. They are now going to be the ones going crazeeeee!

newdawn72 and anonymous: Whatever relationship K-Fed has with his former lady Shar Jackson -- or any girlfriend, for that matter -- isn't relevant in child custody proceedings. The only time it becomes relevant is when dad's girlfriend lives in the same household with the kids and there are accusations that she is abusing the kids or exposing them to mental or physical danger. There have been no allegations of abuse of Sean or Jayden, by anyone, period. Shar Jackson is a non-issue. There's not going to be any fireworks.

156. To #75 Larry, I am a bit confused as to your anger. I agree that there are plenty of men out there who get screwed by a divorce but not always. Got some major news for you dude. I have been divorced twice and I asked for child support for my son, was awared $80 a month, the father stopped paying when our son was 5 and never paid another cent. In my second divorce after alot of abuse, alcoholism and drug use, I asked for nothing but a divorce. I had every right to make a claim on his retirement etc. I wanted nothing, not even alimony. My lawyer was literally pulling his hair out in frustration. My point is, I wanted my freedom and I was willing to pay for it by getting a job and supporting myself and my son. I guess women like me are far and few in between. I guess what really irks me is that men think all women are bloodsuckers and out for every dime they can get. But I made it on my own, sure had very little and never went on welfare. As for Spears and federline, it was a sad day when she met him and I hartily agree she knew he had 1 child with another woman and 1 on the way. She chose to be with him and has to accept that. She chose to have 2 kids right off the bat and with the worst possible man. She has to own up to that. I also believe she has a mental illness and is possibly bipolar, who of us really knows. But she needs major help and Hollywood and a career is not the answer. Federline needs to get over himself and accept the fact that he is no singer, dancer or actor. he has 4 kids that we know of....and who pays the child support? He has a nanny and bodyguard taking care of the kids he had with Spears. I look at it this way, Spears, jackson and fedserline had no damn business making babies. 4 kids with train wrecks as parents. Those are the victims in all of this mess. If federline had any class whatsoever he would get his silly ass out of the strip joints, off of the golf courses, out of the casinos and into an employment office and get a job. He has responsibilities for the 4 kids he made and it is not Spears responsibility to pay his child support to Jackson. In other words, it is way beyond the time that Federline do what he is supposed to be doing. It goes both ways Larry, and one person screwing the other financially is wrong. In that case she had the money and he has collected a hell of alot. Time to be a man. I hope you eventually find true love larry, it took me 3 times and I would give anything to have found my current husband many years ago..sadly I settled for less the first 2 times. Just like Jackson and Spears have done...both women settled for far less and the 4 kids Federline gave them pay for it.

157. I'm pushing 30, so I never really got the whole "Britney " thing. I feel bad for her, and think she needs help. However. Who cares what "K-Fed" spends his money on..... No one is comenting on the Toys'R Us Charges. The bottom line is, No matter what we think of him, He turned out to be the better parent by a long shot and thats what really matters.

Do you know where the govement gets there money?? 163. OK, have we seen pics of K-fed driving around with those kids in his lap or dragging them everywhere? When those kids are with him they seem fine and normal. Brit's doing much better obviously. What a difference medication and your family putting you in check makes. Nope. I was never really pro-kfed but I think the guy has done a pretty good job so far with his kids. Also, doesn't he get paid to make appearances in Vegas? I know he has at least a few times. Not crazy brit or paris money, but, getting paid to hang in Vegas nonetheless. And all you judgmental people out there know when you go to Vegas you spend too much $. It happens.

So, actually, I guess I am pro-kfed in a way. I'm not anti-brit by any means, but stop hatin' you haters!!!!

165. i think we all need to make better choices....this man clearly took advantage of britney --he is whote trash gold digger ...I commend you for doing it alone ...i am sure its not easy..but i think the writing is usually on the wall .,..if you marry a man who uses drugs and is abusive ..i am sure he was being you married him...its about choices ..in order to avoid 2 divorces we need to make better choices and see the 'MAN " FOR Who they are ..if they were bums before you married them i am sure they will be after you marry them ,...its about learning and living //god bless and good luck to yiu
